Des \u00e9tudes sur la composition chimique ont montr\u00e9 que le verbascoside et le verbascoside sont tous deux des glycosides irido\u00efdes. Le verbascoside, \u00e9galement connu sous le nom de 5-hydroxyverbascoside, poss\u00e8de un groupe hydroxyle suppl\u00e9mentaire en position 5 du carbone par rapport au verbascoside. Les structures chimiques des deux composants sont similaires et leurs courbes d'absorption dans les spectres 3D UV visibles sont fondamentalement les m\u00eames. Il est donc recommand\u00e9 de combiner les deux composants pour la d\u00e9tection et de calculer la quantit\u00e9 totale des deux composants. Dans cette \u00e9tude, quatre m\u00e9thodes de d\u00e9termination de la teneur en ingr\u00e9dients actifs ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tablies. Les r\u00e9sultats de la d\u00e9termination de la teneur ont montr\u00e9 qu'il existait certaines diff\u00e9rences dans la teneur en verbascoside, verbascoside, verbascoside et isoverbascoside dans les diff\u00e9rentes zones de production de la verveine. Parmi celles-ci, la teneur en verbascoside, verbascoside, verbascoside et isoverbascoside des fleurs et des feuilles est significativement plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e que celle des tiges. Par cons\u00e9quent, le contr\u00f4le strict de la p\u00e9riode de r\u00e9colte des herbes m\u00e9dicinales et la garantie du rapport entre les fleurs et les feuilles dans les herbes sont d'une grande importance pour le contr\u00f4le de la qualit\u00e9 des herbes m\u00e9dicinales \u00e0 base de verveine.<br \/>\nRecherche sur les spectres d'empreintes digitales. La m\u00e9thode UPLC a \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9e pour \u00e9tablir le spectre d'empreintes digitales de Herba Verbena. Les conditions chromatographiques du spectre d'empreintes digitales et la m\u00e9thode de pr\u00e9paration de la solution d'essai ont \u00e9t\u00e9 syst\u00e9matiquement \u00e9tudi\u00e9es. Les r\u00e9sultats du calcul de similarit\u00e9 ont montr\u00e9 que la similarit\u00e9 des spectres d'empreintes digitales de 15 lots de mati\u00e8res m\u00e9dicinales \u00e9tait sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 0,9, et que la similarit\u00e9 globale \u00e9tait \u00e9lev\u00e9e, ce qui peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 pour l'identification et le contr\u00f4le de la qualit\u00e9 de Herba Verbena. L'utilisation de la spectrom\u00e9trie de masse \u00e0 haute r\u00e9solution pour identifier les pics communs a permis d'identifier trois types d'ingr\u00e9dients actifs, \u00e0 savoir les glycosides irido\u00efdes, les glycosides ph\u00e9nylpropano\u00efdes et les flavono\u00efdes. Pour la premi\u00e8re fois, des spectres d'empreintes digitales ont \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9s pour caract\u00e9riser les trois types de principes actifs de la verveine et, pour la premi\u00e8re fois, l'isoverbascoside, la lut\u00e9oline 7-diglucoside et l'apig\u00e9nine 7-O-glucuronide ont \u00e9t\u00e9 identifi\u00e9s \u00e0 partir du spectre d'empreintes digitales de la verveine, ce qui refl\u00e8te mieux l'int\u00e9grit\u00e9 et les caract\u00e9ristiques globales de la verveine. En utilisant la surface relative des pics communs comme variables, l'analyse en grappes et l'analyse en composantes principales ont toutes deux permis de classer les 15 lots de substances m\u00e9dicinales en trois cat\u00e9gories. Parmi elles, les mati\u00e8res m\u00e9dicinales provenant du Henan, du Jiangsu et du Guizhou pr\u00e9sentaient des rapports de composition chimique similaires. L'OPLS-DA a mis en \u00e9vidence sept pics chromatographiques pr\u00e9sentant des diff\u00e9rences significatives dans les rapports de pics, \u00e0 savoir les pics 2, 6, 16, 10, 11, 5 et 9.
