Le chrysanth\u00e8me argent\u00e9 est principalement utilis\u00e9 dans la m\u00e9decine populaire pour traiter les allergies, les ulc\u00e8res, l'an\u00e9mie, la fi\u00e8vre, les n\u00e9vralgies faciales et les maladies de la peau. Des \u00e9tudes pharmacologiques modernes ont montr\u00e9 que le chrysanth\u00e8me argent\u00e9 a des activit\u00e9s anti-inflammatoires, antibact\u00e9riennes, anti-VIH, antitumorales et hypoglyc\u00e9miques. Les recherches sur la composition chimique indiquent qu'il contient principalement des sesquiterp\u00e8nes, des monoterp\u00e8nes, des triterp\u00e8nes, des flavono\u00efdes et des acides ph\u00e9noliques. Ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, l'activit\u00e9 anti-inflammatoire du chrysanth\u00e8me argent\u00e9 a fait l'objet d'une grande attention. Par cons\u00e9quent, afin de clarifier la base de sa substance pharmacologique anti-inflammatoire, cet article a \u00e9tudi\u00e9 la composition chimique de l'extrait d'ac\u00e9tate d'\u00e9thyle de l'extrait d'\u00e9thanol 95% du chrysanth\u00e8me argent\u00e9, et a test\u00e9 l'activit\u00e9 anti-inflammatoire des compos\u00e9s isol\u00e9s, afin de d\u00e9couvrir des compos\u00e9s ayant une activit\u00e9 anti-inflammatoire significative et de fournir une base pour les recherches ult\u00e9rieures sur la composition chimique et l'activit\u00e9 pharmacologique du chrysanth\u00e8me argent\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-7129\" src=\"https:\/\/longchangextracts.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/1-34.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"630\" height=\"168\" \/><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-7130\" src=\"https:\/\/longchangextracts.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/2-232.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"389\" height=\"170\" \/><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-7131\" src=\"https:\/\/longchangextracts.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/3-22.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"391\" height=\"623\" \/><br \/>\nCette \u00e9tude a examin\u00e9 les lignanes dans la fraction d'ac\u00e9tate d'\u00e9thyle des parties a\u00e9riennes du chrysanth\u00e8me argent\u00e9 et a isol\u00e9 cinq lignanes, dont une nouvelle lignane oxo 8-O-4 '-, trois lignanes bicycliques et une lignane biph\u00e9nyl cyclooct\u00e8ne. L'activit\u00e9 neuroinflammatoire des cinq compos\u00e9s susmentionn\u00e9s a \u00e9t\u00e9 examin\u00e9e et il a \u00e9t\u00e9 constat\u00e9 que le compos\u00e9 1 pr\u00e9sentait une activit\u00e9 mod\u00e9r\u00e9e d'inhibition du NO, tandis que les autres compos\u00e9s n'avaient pas d'effet inhibiteur sur la lib\u00e9ration de NO. Les r\u00e9sultats du test MTT ont montr\u00e9 que les lignanes n'avaient pas d'effets cytotoxiques \u00e0 la concentration test\u00e9e et n'affectaient pas le taux de survie de la microglie BV-2. Sur la base des r\u00e9sultats de recherche ci-dessus, on peut supposer que les lignanes ne sont pas la principale substance pharmacologique \u00e0 l'origine de l'activit\u00e9 anti-inflammatoire du chrysanth\u00e8me argent\u00e9. D'apr\u00e8s les rapports de la litt\u00e9rature, nous avons constat\u00e9 que les principes actifs anti-inflammatoires du chrysanth\u00e8me argent\u00e9 se concentrent principalement sur les lactones sesquiterp\u00e9niques. Afin d'explorer plus avant la base mat\u00e9rielle de son activit\u00e9 neuro-inflammatoire, nous continuerons \u00e0 \u00e9tudier sa composition chimique et \u00e0 nous concentrer sur les composants sesquiterp\u00e9niques, afin d'obtenir des compos\u00e9s dot\u00e9s d'une bonne activit\u00e9 neuro-inflammatoire. En outre, l'analyse de la litt\u00e9rature a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 qu'il existe peu de rapports sur la composition chimique des lignanes dans le chrysanth\u00e8me argent\u00e9.
