Parmi eux, le compos\u00e9 1 est un nouveau d\u00e9riv\u00e9 ph\u00e9nolique, et les compos\u00e9s 2-5 et 7 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 isol\u00e9s de ce genre pour la premi\u00e8re fois, enrichissant consid\u00e9rablement la diversit\u00e9 des structures des m\u00e9tabolites secondaires dans le genre Paraconiothorium. Sathiyaseelan et al. ont rapport\u00e9 que certains compos\u00e9s ph\u00e9noliques pr\u00e9sentaient une cytotoxicit\u00e9 pour les cellules tumorales dans le champignon endophyte Paraconiothorium brasiliense MT269522.
