Il est \u00e9galement connu sous le nom d'hibiscus dor\u00e9, de lotus des terres arides, d'herbe aux prunes d'or et de n\u0153ud d'or. Elle est principalement distribu\u00e9e dans les parties nord de la province de Shanxi et de la province de Henan, dans le nord-ouest de la province de Hebei, dans la partie orientale de la r\u00e9gion autonome de Mongolie int\u00e9rieure et dans les parties occidentales de la province de Liaoning et de la province de Jilin en Chine. La fleur de lotus dor\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 mentionn\u00e9e pour la premi\u00e8re fois dans le Compendium of Materia Medica, qui indique qu'elle a un \"go\u00fbt doux et amer, qu'elle n'est pas toxique et qu'elle est de nature froide\". Ses principales fonctions \u00e9taient antibact\u00e9riennes et anti-inflammatoires, et elle \u00e9tait utilis\u00e9e pour les infections des voies respiratoires sup\u00e9rieures, la pharyngite, l'amygdalite, l'otite moyenne, la conjonctivite aigu\u00eb et la lymphangite aigu\u00eb. La Jinlianhua n'est pas seulement utilis\u00e9e comme plante m\u00e9dicinale, elle est \u00e9galement connue sous le nom de \"puits du dragon \u00e0 l'ext\u00e9rieur de la Grande Muraille\". Ses composants chimiques comprennent principalement des flavono\u00efdes, des acides ph\u00e9noliques, des alcalo\u00efdes, etc.<\/p>\n<p>Un examen approfondi de la litt\u00e9rature a permis de constater que les flavono\u00efdes sont relativement abondants dans les fleurs de lotus. Actuellement, la recherche sur les composants efficaces des fleurs de lotus en Chine se concentre principalement sur les flavono\u00efdes, avec relativement peu de rapports sur les composants de l'acide ph\u00e9nolique. En outre, les recherches sur le processus d'extraction des acides ph\u00e9noliques totaux des fleurs de lotus sont encore plus rares. Toutefois, des \u00e9tudes ont montr\u00e9 que les acides ph\u00e9noliques pr\u00e9sents dans les fleurs de lotus ont une biodisponibilit\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9e et que l'absorption par l'organisme des acides ph\u00e9noliques pr\u00e9sents dans les fleurs de lotus est nettement meilleure que celle des flavono\u00efdes. Ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, les rapports de recherche sur l'activit\u00e9 pharmacologique des acides ph\u00e9noliques totaux dans la m\u00e9decine traditionnelle chinoise se sont multipli\u00e9s. Les conditions optimales d'extraction ont \u00e9t\u00e9 obtenues comme suit : rapport solide-liquide de 1:40, concentration d'\u00e9thanol de 60%, dur\u00e9e de reflux de 90 minutes et temp\u00e9rature de reflux de 60 \u2103. Dans ces conditions, le rendement en acides ph\u00e9noliques totaux des fleurs de lotus a pu atteindre 92,245 mg\/g. Cette m\u00e9thode est stable, r\u00e9alisable et pr\u00e9sente une bonne r\u00e9p\u00e9tabilit\u00e9, jetant les bases d'une recherche et d'un d\u00e9veloppement plus pouss\u00e9s des acides ph\u00e9noliques totaux dans les fleurs de lotus. Les r\u00e9sultats de l'\u00e9tude de l'activit\u00e9 antioxydante in vitro ont montr\u00e9 que dans la gamme de concentration de 0,01~0,05mg\/mL, l'acide ph\u00e9nolique total de la fleur de Jinlian a progressivement augment\u00e9 sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 pi\u00e9ger les radicaux libres DPPH et les radicaux libres hydroxyle, ainsi que sa capacit\u00e9 de r\u00e9duction, avec une bonne activit\u00e9 antioxydante in vitro. Les r\u00e9sultats des exp\u00e9riences cellulaires ont montr\u00e9 que les groupes exp\u00e9rimentaux d'acides ph\u00e9noliques totaux dans les fleurs de lotus \u00e0 des concentrations allant de 62,5 \u00e0 500 \u03bc g\/mL pouvaient inhiber de mani\u00e8re significative l'activit\u00e9 de la tyrosinase et avoir un certain potentiel de blanchiment.
