Fournir une base pour le d\u00e9veloppement d'aliments fonctionnels innovants et la recherche approfondie dans des domaines tels que la m\u00e9decine pour les amandes de mangue.<br \/>\nAfin de mieux explorer les substances m\u00e9dicinales potentielles dans les amandes de mangue, cette \u00e9tude a effectu\u00e9 une analyse approfondie des composants chimiques dans les amandes de mangue en changeant la phase mobile et en optimisant les param\u00e8tres de spectrom\u00e9trie de masse sur la base de l'identification des substances polyph\u00e9noliques par des chercheurs ant\u00e9rieurs. En ce qui concerne les phases organiques du m\u00e9thanol et de l'ac\u00e9tonitrile, et les phases aqueuses de l'eau, de l'eau d'acide formique 0,1% et de l'eau d'acide formique 0,2%, les phases mobiles ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tudi\u00e9es et finalement d\u00e9termin\u00e9es comme \u00e9tant l'ac\u00e9tonitrile et l'eau d'acide formique 0,1%.
