La plantation de plantes du genre Lespedeza peut g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e pour pr\u00e9venir l'\u00e9rosion des sols. Il existe 25 esp\u00e8ces de Lespedeza en Chine. Certaines esp\u00e8ces sont utilis\u00e9es comme herbes m\u00e9dicinales traditionnelles, telles que le gen\u00eat \u00e0 feuilles coupantes (commun\u00e9ment appel\u00e9 Lespedeza cuneta), qui est utilis\u00e9 depuis longtemps dans la m\u00e9decine traditionnelle chinoise pour traiter la dysenterie, l'h\u00e9patite et prot\u00e9ger le foie, les reins et les poumons. Par ailleurs, afin de poursuivre la recherche de compos\u00e9s v\u00e9g\u00e9taux \u00e0 forte activit\u00e9 anti-inflammatoire, cette \u00e9tude a examin\u00e9 les composants chimiques du Lespedeza nain en vue de d\u00e9terminer leur activit\u00e9 anti-inflammatoire.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-6732\" src=\"https:\/\/longchangextracts.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/1-251.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1224\" height=\"704\" srcset=\"https:\/\/longchangextracts.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/1-251.png 1224w, https:\/\/longchangextracts.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/1-251-768x442.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1224px) 100vw, 1224px\" \/><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-6733\" src=\"https:\/\/longchangextracts.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/2-209.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1224\" height=\"459\" srcset=\"https:\/\/longchangextracts.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/2-209.png 1224w, https:\/\/longchangextracts.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/2-209-768x288.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1224px) 100vw, 1224px\" \/><br \/>\nDix compos\u00e9s ont \u00e9t\u00e9 isol\u00e9s et identifi\u00e9s \u00e0 partir de l'extrait de m\u00e9thanol de la plante enti\u00e8re de Lespedeza nain, parmi lesquels les compos\u00e9s 1-5 \u00e9taient des glycosides de flavonol, 6-8 des glycosides de carbone flavono\u00efde, 9 des isoflavones, et 10 des dihydroisoflavones, tous d\u00e9couverts pour la premi\u00e8re fois dans Lespedeza nain. Les compos\u00e9s 1-4 et 6-9 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 trouv\u00e9s dans la plante m\u00e9dicinale L. cuneta, ce qui indique une relation g\u00e9n\u00e9tique \u00e9troite entre Lespedeza nain et L. cuneta. En outre, les compos\u00e9s 1-10 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 examin\u00e9s pour leur activit\u00e9 anti-inflammatoire, parmi lesquels 8 et 10 peuvent respectivement inhiber l'expression de l'ARNm des facteurs inflammatoires IL-6 et IL-1 \u03b2, d\u00e9montrant ainsi une certaine activit\u00e9 anti-inflammatoire. Les flavono\u00efdes constituent une classe importante de compos\u00e9s anti-inflammatoires. Des \u00e9tudes connexes ont montr\u00e9 que les compos\u00e9s 1-4 et 6-9 peuvent exercer des effets anti-inflammatoires par le biais de diff\u00e9rentes voies de signalisation. Cet article montre que le compos\u00e9 8 peut exercer une certaine activit\u00e9 anti-inflammatoire en inhibant l'expression de l'ARNm du facteur inflammatoire IL-6, tandis que les compos\u00e9s 1-4, 6, 7 et 9 ont des effets plus faibles sur l'expression de l'ARNm des facteurs inflammatoires IL-1 \u03b2, IL-6 et TNF-\u03b1.
