Elle est r\u00e9colt\u00e9e, lav\u00e9e, humidifi\u00e9e, coup\u00e9e en tranches \u00e9paisses et s\u00e9ch\u00e9e lorsque la plante se fane au d\u00e9but de l'\u00e9t\u00e9 ; Xi l'appelait \"Zhe Bei Pian\". La fritillaire de Zhejiang a pour fonctions d'\u00e9vacuer la chaleur, de r\u00e9soudre les mucosit\u00e9s, de soulager la toux, de d\u00e9toxifier et de disperser les nodules et d'\u00e9liminer les escarboucles. Elle est utilis\u00e9e cliniquement pour traiter la chaleur du vent, la toux de feu des mucosit\u00e9s, les abc\u00e8s pulmonaires, les abc\u00e8s mammaires et les plaies.<\/p>\n<p>La fritillaire du Hubei est un bulbe s\u00e9ch\u00e9 de Fritillaria hupehensis Hsiao et K.C. Hsiao, une plante de la famille des liliac\u00e9es. Ses principales fonctions sont d'\u00e9vacuer la chaleur et les mucosit\u00e9s, de soulager la toux et de disperser les nodules. Elle est couramment utilis\u00e9e dans la pratique clinique pour traiter des sympt\u00f4mes tels que la toux due \u00e0 la chaleur des poumons et la toux due aux mucosit\u00e9s. La fritillaire du Zhejiang et la fritillaire du Hubei appartiennent toutes deux au genre Fritillaria et peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9es en m\u00e9decine traditionnelle chinoise \u00e0 des fins m\u00e9dicinales ; les principes actifs des deux sont des alcalo\u00efdes, mais leurs types sont diff\u00e9rents. Dans la pharmacop\u00e9e chinoise de 2020, dans la cat\u00e9gorie des herbes m\u00e9dicinales, Zhejiang Fritillaria et Hubei Fritillaria sont list\u00e9es s\u00e9par\u00e9ment, ce qui indique qu'il existe certaines diff\u00e9rences entre les deux herbes m\u00e9dicinales.<\/p>\n<p>En raison de la grande vari\u00e9t\u00e9 et de la diff\u00e9rence de prix des esp\u00e8ces de Fritillaria sur le march\u00e9, il existe un ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne de substitution mutuelle ou de substitution de la fausse Fritillaria et de la Fritillaria du Hubei. En raison des limites de l'identification morphologique, microscopique et physicochimique, il n'est pas possible de d\u00e9montrer efficacement les similitudes et les diff\u00e9rences de qualit\u00e9 des deux mati\u00e8res m\u00e9dicinales. Il est donc n\u00e9cessaire d'\u00e9tablir une m\u00e9thode plus sp\u00e9cifique et plus pr\u00e9cise pour distinguer et diff\u00e9rencier efficacement les deux.<\/p>\n<p>L'\u00e9dition 2020 de la pharmacop\u00e9e chinoise pr\u00e9cise que les indicateurs de d\u00e9termination de la teneur en Fritillaria thunbergii sont Fritillaria A et Fritillaria B, tandis que l'indicateur de d\u00e9termination de la teneur en Fritillaria thunbergii dans la province de Hubei s\u00e9lectionne Fritillaria B, et la teneur limite en Fritillaria thunbergii B dans la province de Hubei est sensiblement plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e que la teneur limite totale en Fritillaria thunbergii A et Fritillaria thunbergii B dans la province de Zhejiang, ce qui cr\u00e9e des conditions objectives pour la falsification et l'utilisation de Fritillaria thunbergii. Face \u00e0 la complexit\u00e9 du syst\u00e8me de composition chimique de la m\u00e9decine chinoise traditionnelle, l'utilisation d'un mod\u00e8le quantitatif unique n'est plus suffisante pour r\u00e9pondre aux besoins de contr\u00f4le de la qualit\u00e9 de la m\u00e9decine chinoise moderne. \u00c0 l'heure actuelle, il existe peu de rapports sur la diff\u00e9rence de teneur en principes actifs entre les deux types de Fritillaria. Par cons\u00e9quent, dans cette \u00e9tude, la m\u00e9thode HPLC-ELSD a \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9e pour \u00e9tablir les spectres d'empreintes digitales de Fritillariae Thunbergii Bulbus (FTB) et de Fritillariae Hupehensis Bulbus (FHB) dans Fritillariae thunbergii et Fritillariae Hupehensis Bulbus dans le Hubei, respectivement. Les r\u00e9sultats de l'\u00e9valuation de la similarit\u00e9 ont montr\u00e9 que les spectres d'empreintes digitales de la m\u00eame Fritillaria thunbergii \u00e9taient tr\u00e8s similaires. Par cons\u00e9quent, les spectres d'empreintes digitales peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s comme caract\u00e9ristiques communes pour la recherche sur le contr\u00f4le de la qualit\u00e9 de Fritillaria thunbergii et Fritillaria thunbergii. En comparant les diff\u00e9rences entre les spectres d'empreintes digitales des deux types de Fritillaria, on constate que le spectre d'empreintes digitales de Fritillaria thunbergii ne pr\u00e9sente manifestement pas le pic du spectre du pigment de Hubeijia ou que la teneur en pigment de Hubeijia est extr\u00eamement faible, ce qui le rend difficile \u00e0 d\u00e9tecter dans Fritillaria thunbergii. Par cons\u00e9quent, le Hubeijia peut servir de biomarqueur diff\u00e9rentiel pour distinguer et diff\u00e9rencier deux types de Fritillaria, le Zhejiang Fritillaria et le Hubei Fritillaria.<\/p>\n<p>En utilisant la surface du pic commun comme variable, les analyses HCA, PCA et OPLS-DA ont \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9es s\u00e9par\u00e9ment. Les r\u00e9sultats des analyses HCA et PCA ont permis de distinguer et de diff\u00e9rencier efficacement Fritillaria thunbergii et Fritillaria thunbergii, ce qui indique que la combinaison de l'empreinte digitale, de l'analyse HCA ou de l'analyse PCA est une m\u00e9thode efficace pour identifier Fritillaria thunbergii et Fritillaria thunbergii. Pour clarifier davantage les diff\u00e9rences de composition chimique entre les deux types de Fritillaria thunbergii, l'analyse OPLS-DA a \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9e pour identifier quatre biomarqueurs diff\u00e9rentiels. En fonction de l'importance des diff\u00e9rences, ils ont \u00e9t\u00e9 class\u00e9s comme suit : Fritillaria thunbergii&gt;Peak 4&gt;Berberine A&gt;Berberine B, ce qui indique qu'il existe des diff\u00e9rences significatives dans la teneur des composants susmentionn\u00e9s entre les deux types de Fritillaria thunbergii. Cette diff\u00e9rence est en partie due aux diff\u00e9rences entre les mati\u00e8res m\u00e9dicinales elles-m\u00eames. Les diff\u00e9rentes origines peuvent \u00e9galement \u00eatre \u00e9troitement li\u00e9es \u00e0 des facteurs tels que l'environnement de plantation et le cycle de croissance des plantes m\u00e9dicinales.<\/p>\n<p>En ce qui concerne la s\u00e9lection des indicateurs de d\u00e9termination de la teneur, les alcalo\u00efdes contenus dans Fritillaria thunbergii et Fritillaria thunbergii sont principalement divis\u00e9s en alcalo\u00efdes st\u00e9ro\u00efdiens et alcalo\u00efdes st\u00e9ro\u00efdiens. Les recherches ont r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 que les alcalo\u00efdes ont diverses activit\u00e9s pharmacologiques telles que les effets expectorants, antitussifs, antiasthmatiques, anti-inflammatoires et antitumoraux, qui correspondent aux indications fonctionnelles de Zhejiang Fritillaria et de Hubei Fritillaria. Cinq alcalo\u00efdes identiques ont \u00e9t\u00e9 identifi\u00e9s \u00e0 partir des spectres d'empreintes HPLC-ELSD de Fritillaria thunbergii et Fritillaria thunbergii. Les r\u00e9sultats de la d\u00e9termination de la teneur ont montr\u00e9 que, \u00e0 l'exception de la diff\u00e9rence de teneur en ibuprof\u00e8ne, les quatre autres composants de Fritillaria thunbergii, la berb\u00e9rine A, la berb\u00e9rine B et l'isoberb\u00e9rine A pr\u00e9sentaient des diff\u00e9rences de teneur significatives. Parmi eux, la teneur en berb\u00e9rine A de Fritillaria thunbergii \u00e9tait significativement plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e que celle de Fritillaria thunbergii, tandis que la teneur en berb\u00e9rine A, berb\u00e9rine B et isoberb\u00e9rine A \u00e9tait significativement plus faible que celle de Fritillaria thunbergii. Par cons\u00e9quent, en mesurant la teneur en berb\u00e9rine A, berb\u00e9rine A, berb\u00e9rine B et isoberb\u00e9rine A, il est possible de faire la distinction entre Fritillaria thunbergii et Fritillaria thunbergii. Les r\u00e9sultats de la recherche obtenus sont fondamentalement coh\u00e9rents avec les r\u00e9sultats de l'analyse OPLS-DA. La litt\u00e9rature indique que les diff\u00e9rences dans la teneur et la proportion d'alcalo\u00efdes peuvent \u00eatre un facteur important \u00e0 l'origine des diff\u00e9rences entre les deux types de Fritillaria thunbergii en ce qui concerne la toux, les mucosit\u00e9s, les effets antibact\u00e9riens et anti-inflammatoires. La d\u00e9termination simultan\u00e9e de plusieurs alcalo\u00efdes est d'une grande importance pour le contr\u00f4le de la qualit\u00e9 et l'\u00e9valuation des m\u00e9dicaments traditionnels chinois \u00e0 orientation clinique, Fritillaria thunbergii et Fritillaria thunbergii.
