Toutefois, en raison de la taille importante de l'ensemble des donn\u00e9es mesur\u00e9es et de ses caract\u00e9ristiques complexes, telles qu'une latitude \u00e9lev\u00e9e, un bruit important, une forte corr\u00e9lation entre les variables et une grande variabilit\u00e9, la combinaison de la st\u0153chiom\u00e9trie chimique pour explorer les similitudes et les diff\u00e9rences entre les diff\u00e9rents \u00e9chantillons de l'ensemble de donn\u00e9es fastidieux est un outil populaire pour l'analyse ult\u00e9rieure des donn\u00e9es. \u00c0 l'heure actuelle, la GC-MS combin\u00e9e \u00e0 des m\u00e9thodes chimiom\u00e9triques a \u00e9t\u00e9 largement utilis\u00e9e pour l'identification de vari\u00e9t\u00e9s similaires de m\u00e9dicaments traditionnels chinois.<\/p>\n<p>Les r\u00e9sultats de cette \u00e9tude ont montr\u00e9 qu'un total de 62 composants chimiques ont \u00e9t\u00e9 identifi\u00e9s dans 7 lots de Plantago asiatica et 7 lots d'huile volatile avant le transport \u00e0 plat, principalement constitu\u00e9s d'alcanes et d'acides. Plantago asiatica a 10 composants, tandis que Platycodon grandiflorus en a 12. Parmi eux, les composants chimiques ayant une teneur relative moyenne relativement \u00e9lev\u00e9e dans Plantago asiatica et Platycodon grandiflorus sont principalement l'acide palmitique, l'acide linol\u00e9ique et l'acide alpha-linol\u00e9nique, repr\u00e9sentant respectivement 46,4%, 15,38%, 19,11%, et 35,93%, 9,69%, et 15,48%. Cette conclusion est similaire aux r\u00e9sultats d'Al Mazroa et al. selon lesquels l'huile volatile de Plantago asiatica contient principalement de l'acide palmitique. Hui et al. ont constat\u00e9 que les composants de l'huile volatile de Plantago asiatica avaient la teneur la plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e en 2,6-di-tert-butyl-p-cr\u00e9sol, ce qui sugg\u00e8re que les diff\u00e9rences entre les recherches peuvent \u00eatre li\u00e9es \u00e0 des m\u00e9thodes d'extraction incoh\u00e9rentes de Plantago asiatica.<\/p>\n<p>L'\u00e9quivalence des m\u00e9dicaments traditionnels chinois d'origines multiples est un aspect important de l'\u00e9valuation de la qualit\u00e9 de la m\u00e9decine chinoise. Notre groupe de recherche a d\u00e9j\u00e0 utilis\u00e9 la technologie GC-MS combin\u00e9e \u00e0 la chimiom\u00e9trie pour comparer et \u00e9tudier les composants volatils du grain de sable de Yangchun, du grain de sable \u00e0 coquille verte, du Sichuan Gaoben et du Liao Gaoben. Sur la base des r\u00e9sultats des analyses HCA et PCA, le grain de sable de Yangchun et le grain de sable \u00e0 coquille verte, ainsi que le Chuangaoben et le Liaogaoben, peuvent \u00eatre compl\u00e8tement s\u00e9par\u00e9s. Cependant, cette \u00e9tude a montr\u00e9 qu'il y avait 9 composants communs entre les 7 lots de Plantago asiatica et les 7 lots de Platycodon grandiflorus, avec des pourcentages relatifs repr\u00e9sentant plus de 80%, et la teneur \u00e9tait plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e en acide palmitique, en acide linol\u00e9ique et en acide alpha-linol\u00e9nique ; D'apr\u00e8s les r\u00e9sultats de l'analyse de similarit\u00e9, la similarit\u00e9 de tous les lots est sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 0.967, ce qui indique une similarit\u00e9 globale \u00e9lev\u00e9e ; D'apr\u00e8s les r\u00e9sultats de la classification HCA et 3D PCA, on peut voir que les 14 lots de Plantago asiatica ne peuvent pas \u00eatre compl\u00e8tement distingu\u00e9s par la vari\u00e9t\u00e9. En utilisant le mod\u00e8le OPLS-DA avec des valeurs VIP sup\u00e9rieures \u00e0 1, les composants qui contribuent de mani\u00e8re significative \u00e0 la classification ci-dessus ont \u00e9t\u00e9 identifi\u00e9s comme \u00e9tant l'acide palmitique, l'acide linol\u00e9ique et l'acide alpha-linol\u00e9nique. En r\u00e9sum\u00e9, les composants de l'huile volatile \u00e0 l'avant de la voiture et de la plate-forme sont tr\u00e8s similaires, de sorte qu'il existe une certaine base scientifique pour que les deux soient utilis\u00e9s comme la m\u00eame plante m\u00e9dicinale. Il convient d'\u00e9tudier plus avant si leurs composants non volatils pr\u00e9sentent les m\u00eames caract\u00e9ristiques.<\/p>\n<p>En r\u00e9sum\u00e9, cette \u00e9tude est la premi\u00e8re \u00e0 utiliser la technologie GC-MS combin\u00e9e \u00e0 des mod\u00e8les chimiques pour comparer les composants de l'huile volatile de Plantago asiatica et de Plantago asiatica, et \u00e0 constater que les composants de l'huile volatile de ces deux plantes sont tr\u00e8s similaires.
