En se concentrant sur les probl\u00e8mes de la consommation excessive d'huile, de la consommation insuffisante de soja et de ses produits, de lait et de produits laitiers, etc., nos r\u00e9sidents ont formul\u00e9 des recommandations cibl\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>La semaine nationale de la nutrition co\u00efncide avec la p\u00e9riode du 13 au 19 mai. Afin d'aider nos r\u00e9sidents \u00e0 structurer leur r\u00e9gime alimentaire, nous expliquons maintenant l'application des prot\u00e9ines de levure dans les produits laitiers et les produits \u00e0 base de soja.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prot\u00e9ine de levure pour l'autonomisation du \"lait<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le lait et les produits laitiers sont riches en prot\u00e9ines de haute qualit\u00e9, en vitamine B2, en calcium et autres oligo-\u00e9l\u00e9ments essentiels, qui jouent un r\u00f4le irrempla\u00e7able dans le maintien de la sant\u00e9 des os et la promotion de la croissance et du d\u00e9veloppement.<\/p>\n<p>La teneur en prot\u00e9ines du lait est d'environ 2,8%-3,3%, soit environ 80% de cas\u00e9ine et 20% de prot\u00e9ines de lactos\u00e9rum. La prot\u00e9ine de lactos\u00e9rum est une prot\u00e9ine de haute qualit\u00e9 \u00e0 digestion rapide qui augmente plus rapidement le taux d'acides amin\u00e9s dans le sang.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1.
