L'influence de nm sur le spectre de l'empreinte digitale a \u00e9t\u00e9 finalement d\u00e9termin\u00e9e, et les conditions chromatographiques ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9termin\u00e9es pour \u00eatre ac\u00e9tonitrile 0,3% acide phosphorique eau comme la phase mobile, Agilent 5 TC-C18 (2) (250mm \u00d7 4,6mm, 5 \u03bc m) colonne chromatographique, avec un d\u00e9bit volum\u00e9trique de 1,0mL\/min, la temp\u00e9rature de la colonne de 25 \u00b0 C, et l'acquisition de la longueur d'onde variable. Dans ces conditions, la ligne de base est stable, la forme du pic chromatographique est bonne et l'effet de s\u00e9paration est bon.<br \/>\nSur cette base, la m\u00e9thode CLHP a \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9e pour \u00e9tablir 14 lots de spectres d'empreintes digitales de Poria cocos et Poria cocos de diff\u00e9rentes origines. Au total, 15 pics communs ont \u00e9t\u00e9 calibr\u00e9s dans le mode partag\u00e9 des spectres d'empreintes digitales de Poria cocos et de Poria cocos, et 6 composants chimiques ont \u00e9t\u00e9 identifi\u00e9s \u00e0 l'aide d'\u00e9talons de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence chimiques : L'acide B de Poria cocos, l'acide d\u00e9hydrofumarique, l'acide A de Poria cocos, l'acide d\u00e9hydrofumarique, l'acide de Poria cocos et l'acide de Poria cocos. L'analyse de regroupement de 14 lots d'\u00e9chantillons de peau de Poria cocos et de Poria cocos blanc de diff\u00e9rentes origines, combin\u00e9e \u00e0 des donn\u00e9es de similarit\u00e9, permet de conclure qu'il existe des diff\u00e9rences significatives entre les groupes d'\u00e9chantillons de Poria cocos provenant de diff\u00e9rentes parties m\u00e9dicinales, et de petites diff\u00e9rences au sein des groupes. La corr\u00e9lation entre les \u00e9chantillons de Poria cocos blancs et l'origine est forte. Par cons\u00e9quent, la m\u00e9thode non supervis\u00e9e de l'ACP a \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9e pour la reconnaissance des formes, et les r\u00e9sultats de l'ACP ont divis\u00e9 les 15 variables de pointe communes en deux composantes principales Y1 et Y2. Y1 est la r\u00e9action globale de 7 pics chromatographiques communs, y compris les composants de l'acide d\u00e9hydrofumarique, de l'acide d\u00e9hydroporique et de l'acide porique, ce qui indique que les 7 pics chromatographiques communs sont essentiels pour l'\u00e9tude des spectres d'empreintes digitales de la peau de poria cocos et du poria cocos blanc ; Y2 est une r\u00e9action globale de 8 pics chromatographiques, dont l'acide B de Poria cocos, l'acide A de Poria cocos et l'acide de Poria cocos, ce qui indique que ces 8 pics chromatographiques peuvent servir de pics d'identification caract\u00e9ristiques pour la peau de Poria cocos lors de l'\u00e9valuation de la qualit\u00e9 de la peau de Poria cocos et de Poria cocos en m\u00eame temps. Les param\u00e8tres variables des pics communs qui ont un impact significatif sur le spectre de l'empreinte digitale sont 1, 2 (acide B de Poria cocos) et le pic chromatographique 7. La diff\u00e9rence de teneur entre les 15 composants des pics communs de Poria cocos est plus faible que celle de la peau de Poria cocos. En fait, la teneur de ces 15 composants communs dans le Poria cocos blanc est beaucoup plus faible que celle de la peau de Poria cocos.
