Les r\u00e9sultats de KEGG ont montr\u00e9 que des m\u00e9tabolites significativement diff\u00e9rents \u00e9taient enrichis dans 20 voies m\u00e9taboliques, principalement par le biais des transporteurs ABC, du m\u00e9tabolisme des glyc\u00e9rophospholipides, de la biosynth\u00e8se des aminoacyl-ARNt et des voies de biosynth\u00e8se des acides amin\u00e9s, r\u00e9gulant directement ou indirectement la croissance et la synth\u00e8se des m\u00e9tabolites des tissus de cals de baies de goji.<\/p>\n<p>Parmi les 55 m\u00e9tabolites diff\u00e9rentiels d\u00e9tect\u00e9s, la b\u00e9ta\u00efne et les acides organiques ont \u00e9t\u00e9 largement \u00e9tudi\u00e9s, tandis que les m\u00e9tabolites secondaires tels que la berb\u00e9rine ont \u00e9t\u00e9 rarement \u00e9tudi\u00e9s. L'\u00e9pib\u00e9rine a un bon effet sur la r\u00e9duction de l'accumulation de lipides et est tr\u00e8s b\u00e9n\u00e9fique pour la sant\u00e9 humaine.
