Elles sont largement utilis\u00e9es dans l'alimentation humaine, la m\u00e9decine, l'alimentation animale, les cosm\u00e9tiques et d'autres domaines. Parmi les nombreuses esp\u00e8ces de microalgues marines, l'Isochrysis pr\u00e9sente les avantages d'une croissance rapide, d'une efficacit\u00e9 photosynth\u00e9tique \u00e9lev\u00e9e, d'une forte capacit\u00e9 de synth\u00e8se de la fucoxanthine et des acides gras polyinsatur\u00e9s (AGPI, tels que l'acide octad\u00e9cat\u00e9tra\u00e9no\u00efque et l'acide docosahexa\u00e9no\u00efque), et d'une absence de structure de la paroi cellulaire. Elle a attir\u00e9 l'attention des scientifiques et des entrepreneurs du secteur des microalgues et a \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9e dans le d\u00e9veloppement d'aliments fonctionnels tels que les p\u00e2tes, les biscuits et les yaourts. Des rapports de recherche ont d\u00e9montr\u00e9 que la fucoxanthine a divers effets pharmacologiques, notamment anti-inflammatoires, antiob\u00e9sit\u00e9, anticanc\u00e9reux, antibact\u00e9riens, neuroprotecteurs, favorisant la croissance axonale, am\u00e9liorant le m\u00e9tabolisme et traitant les maladies respiratoires ; les acides gras polyinsatur\u00e9s peuvent \u00e9galement am\u00e9liorer le diab\u00e8te et l'ost\u00e9oporose ; les polysaccharides extracellulaires peuvent favoriser le m\u00e9tabolisme et renforcer l'immunit\u00e9 de l'organisme. Il est donc tr\u00e8s important de d\u00e9velopper la fucoxanthine et les acides gras polyinsatur\u00e9s pour une utilisation dans l'alimentation en utilisant les m\u00eames algues d'or fouett\u00e9es.<br \/>\nLa qualit\u00e9 de la lumi\u00e8re est l'un des facteurs importants qui influencent la croissance et la synth\u00e8se des produits des cellules de microalgues autotrophes photosynth\u00e9tiques. Les diff\u00e9rentes qualit\u00e9s de lumi\u00e8re ont des caract\u00e9ristiques diff\u00e9rentes, telles que la densit\u00e9 du flux de photons et la longueur d'onde spectrale, qui affectent l'efficacit\u00e9 de la photosynth\u00e8se et la performance du pi\u00e9geage du carbone des cellules de microalgues autotrophes photosynth\u00e9tiques, pr\u00e9sentant des diff\u00e9rences dans la performance de la croissance des cellules et la synth\u00e8se des produits. Des \u00e9tudes ant\u00e9rieures ont montr\u00e9 qu'il existe des diff\u00e9rences significatives dans la s\u00e9lection de la qualit\u00e9 de la lumi\u00e8re entre les diff\u00e9rentes sources de dinoflagell\u00e9s. Par exemple, Che et al. ont constat\u00e9 que la teneur en huile la plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e (62,5%) peut \u00eatre obtenue en cultivant d'abord le dinoflagell\u00e9 avec une lumi\u00e8re mixte (bleue et rouge) provenant du Centre cor\u00e9en de culture des microalgues marines, puis avec une lumi\u00e8re verte. Bu et al. ont constat\u00e9 qu'Isochrysis zhanjiangensis pr\u00e9sentait le taux de croissance le plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 dans des conditions de lumi\u00e8re rouge \u00e0 Zhanjiang ; toutefois, les cellules de microalgues cultiv\u00e9es sous lumi\u00e8re verte ont la teneur en chlorophylle la plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e. Il convient de noter que dans la recherche sur l'effet de la qualit\u00e9 de la lumi\u00e8re sur la synth\u00e8se de produits bioactifs par les dinoflagell\u00e9s, les scientifiques se concentrent uniquement sur l'influence de la qualit\u00e9 de la lumi\u00e8re sur la synth\u00e8se d'un certain produit actif dans les cellules de dinoflagell\u00e9s. Cependant, comme mentionn\u00e9 pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment, Chlamydomonas reinhardtii synth\u00e9tise de la fucoxanthine et des substances actives \u00e0 base d'acides gras polyinsatur\u00e9s. Sur cette base, il est n\u00e9cessaire de s\u00e9lectionner une qualit\u00e9 de lumi\u00e8re appropri\u00e9e par le biais de travaux de recherche afin de parvenir \u00e0 un \u00e9quilibre entre la synth\u00e8se synergique de la fucoxanthine et des acides gras polyinsatur\u00e9s par les isoflagell\u00e9s, de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 maximiser la synth\u00e8se de leurs substances actives par les cellules d'algues.<br \/>\nDes recherches ant\u00e9rieures men\u00e9es par notre groupe de recherche ont montr\u00e9 qu'une r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ration durable de l'huile et de la fucoxanthine peut \u00eatre obtenue en utilisant une m\u00e9thode de culture semi-continue (compl\u00e9t\u00e9e par de l'azote et de l'acide phosphorique pendant le processus de culture) pour cultiver Isochrysis sp. ISO-FJ dans un photor\u00e9acteur de type colonne \u00e0 l'\u00e9chelle pilote (50L). Par cons\u00e9quent, cette \u00e9tude a choisi Isochrysis sp. ISO-FJ comme souche de d\u00e9part pour \u00e9tudier les effets de trois qualit\u00e9s de lumi\u00e8re (lumi\u00e8re blanche, lumi\u00e8re rouge et lumi\u00e8re verte) sur la synth\u00e8se synergique de fucoxanthine et d'acides gras polyinsatur\u00e9s par Isochrysis sp. et fournir une base scientifique pour la r\u00e9gulation \u00e0 l'\u00e9chelle pilote de la croissance d'Isochrysis sp. et de la synth\u00e8se de produits actifs.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5391\" src=\"https:\/\/longchangextracts.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/1-141.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"764\" height=\"222\" \/><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5392\" src=\"https:\/\/longchangextracts.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/2-128.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"765\" height=\"200\" \/><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5393\" src=\"https:\/\/longchangextracts.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/3-121.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"773\" height=\"222\" srcset=\"https:\/\/longchangextracts.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/3-121.png 773w, https:\/\/longchangextracts.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/3-121-768x221.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 773px) 100vw, 773px\" \/><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5394\" src=\"https:\/\/longchangextracts.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/4-109.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"752\" height=\"359\" \/><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5395\" src=\"https:\/\/longchangextracts.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/5-98.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"962\" height=\"654\" srcset=\"https:\/\/longchangextracts.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/5-98.png 962w, https:\/\/longchangextracts.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/5-98-768x522.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 962px) 100vw, 962px\" \/><br \/>\nCette exp\u00e9rience a \u00e9tudi\u00e9 les effets de trois qualit\u00e9s de lumi\u00e8re diff\u00e9rentes, \u00e0 savoir la lumi\u00e8re blanche (400-700nm), la lumi\u00e8re rouge (620-650nm) et la lumi\u00e8re verte (500-580nm), sur la croissance et l'accumulation de produits bioactifs de Chlamydomonas reinhardtii. Les r\u00e9sultats exp\u00e9rimentaux ont montr\u00e9 que des qualit\u00e9s de lumi\u00e8re diff\u00e9rentes affectent de mani\u00e8re significative la croissance et la synth\u00e8se synergique des produits bioactifs des isoflagell\u00e9s. En ce qui concerne la croissance des cellules de microalgues, par rapport aux groupes de lumi\u00e8re rouge et verte, l'utilisation de la lumi\u00e8re blanche pour cultiver les dinoflagell\u00e9s est plus propice \u00e0 la croissance des cellules d'algues et \u00e0 l'absorption des nutriments azot\u00e9s nitr\u00e9s. En termes de synth\u00e8se de substances bioactives, parmi les trois qualit\u00e9s de lumi\u00e8re s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9es, les cellules algales peuvent synth\u00e9tiser les plus grandes quantit\u00e9s de fucoxanthine, de polysaccharides extracellulaires et d'AGPI dans des conditions de lumi\u00e8re verte.
