Sieb. et Zucc, une plante de la famille des Rosac\u00e9es. Il figure dans l'\u00e9dition 2020 de la pharmacop\u00e9e chinoise en tant que m\u00e9dicament traditionnel chinois couramment utilis\u00e9. Elle a pour effet d'apaiser le foie, de favoriser la digestion, de r\u00e9soudre les mucosit\u00e9s et de disperser les nodules. Il est couramment utilis\u00e9 pour traiter des maladies telles que les douleurs du foie et du qi de l'estomac, la d\u00e9pression et la scrofule. Les documents anciens et la recherche moderne sugg\u00e8rent que les fleurs de prunier, avec leurs \"s\u00e9pales verts\", sont excellentes pour un usage m\u00e9dicinal. Les flavono\u00efdes et les ph\u00e9nylpropano\u00efdes repr\u00e9sentaient une proportion \u00e9lev\u00e9e, avec respectivement 67 et 50 compos\u00e9s. Parmi les flavono\u00efdes, les flavonols repr\u00e9sentaient la proportion la plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e, et des composants tels que l'hyperoside et l'isoquercitrine, qui servent de normes de qualit\u00e9 pour les fleurs de prunier, appartiennent tous \u00e0 cette classe de substances. Des \u00e9tudes ont montr\u00e9 que les flavonols jouent un r\u00f4le r\u00e9gulateur important dans le d\u00e9veloppement des organes floraux. Un seul composant des anthocyanes a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9tect\u00e9, ce qui peut \u00eatre li\u00e9 \u00e0 la couleur blanche de la fleur de prunier \u00e0 calice vert.<\/p>\n<p>Une comparaison plus pouss\u00e9e des changements dans la composition du calice vert \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents stades de d\u00e9veloppement a montr\u00e9 que la teneur en flavono\u00efdes totaux et en ph\u00e9nylpropano\u00efdes totaux \u00e9tait la plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e pendant le stade du bourgeon, et qu'elle diminuait progressivement avec le degr\u00e9 d'ouverture de la fleur. Les r\u00e9sultats de la d\u00e9termination de la teneur de 8 composants indicateurs (acide n\u00e9ochlorog\u00e9nique, acide chlorog\u00e9nique, acide caf\u00e9ique, rutine, hyperoside, isoquercitrine, acide isochlorog\u00e9nique B, quercitrine) ont montr\u00e9 des diff\u00e9rences significatives entre le stade du bourgeon et le stade de l'ouverture compl\u00e8te, l'acide n\u00e9ochlorog\u00e9nique, l'acide chlorog\u00e9nique, la rutine, l'isoquercitrine et la quercitrine montrant des diff\u00e9rences extr\u00eamement significatives (P&lt;0.0001) ; l&#039;analyse de la st\u0153chiom\u00e9trie chimique a montr\u00e9 qu&#039;il y avait certaines diff\u00e9rences dans la composition chimique de la prune verte du calice au cours des trois p\u00e9riodes, et que l&#039;acide chlorog\u00e9nique pouvait \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 comme marqueur de qualit\u00e9 diff\u00e9rentielle. Dans l&#039;ensemble, le prunier vert au stade du bourgeon pr\u00e9sente des avantages en termes de composition chimique et d&#039;activit\u00e9 antioxydante, avec des diff\u00e9rences significatives par rapport aux stades semi-ouvert et compl\u00e8tement ouvert.
