La fibrine \u00e9tant le principal composant des caillots sanguins, la promotion de la d\u00e9gradation de la fibrine est un moyen courant de pr\u00e9venir et de traiter les maladies thrombotiques. Par cons\u00e9quent, la recherche de nouvelles enzymes fibrinolytiques pr\u00e9sentant une forte sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9, une bonne s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et peu d'effets secondaires est devenue un point chaud de la recherche actuelle.<\/p>\n<p>Les champignons comestibles sont riches en prot\u00e9ines, polysaccharides, terp\u00e8nes, acides amin\u00e9s, st\u00e9rols, nucl\u00e9osides et autres substances, qui ont diverses fonctions physiologiques telles que l'antioxydation, la lutte contre les tumeurs, la r\u00e9gulation immunitaire et la r\u00e9gulation neuronale. \u00c0 l'heure actuelle, la recherche sur les enzymes fibrinolytiques d\u00e9riv\u00e9es de champignons comestibles et leurs propri\u00e9t\u00e9s fonctionnelles fait l'objet d'une grande attention. Des enzymes fibrinolytiques ont \u00e9t\u00e9 isol\u00e9es et extraites de divers champignons comestibles, tels que Lentinus edodes, Cordyceps Militaris, Agrocybe aegerita, Tricholoma sejunctum, Lepista nuda, Pleurotus ferulae, etc.<\/p>\n<p>Le champignon bois de cerf est un champignon comestible et m\u00e9dicinal qui se d\u00e9compose dans le bois et qui est largement r\u00e9pandu dans les r\u00e9gions temp\u00e9r\u00e9es de l'h\u00e9misph\u00e8re nord. Apr\u00e8s comparaison avec la base de donn\u00e9es NCBI, l'enzyme fibrinolytique a \u00e9t\u00e9 identifi\u00e9e comme une nouvelle enzyme fibrinolytique. L'activit\u00e9 sp\u00e9cifique de l'enzyme fibrinolytique est de 4105,78U\/mg, le facteur de purification est de 206,09 et le taux de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration de l'activit\u00e9 est de 30,91%. L'\u00e9lectrophor\u00e8se Native PAGE et l'\u00e9lectrophor\u00e8se SDS-PAGE ont r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 que le poids mol\u00e9culaire relatif de l'enzyme fibrinolytique \u00e9tait de 30,9 kDa.
