En raison de la difficult\u00e9 de son traitement, de la longueur de son cycle et de son co\u00fbt \u00e9lev\u00e9, il p\u00e8se lourdement sur la vie des gens. La chimioth\u00e9rapie est l'une des principales m\u00e9thodes de traitement du cancer dans la m\u00e9decine occidentale moderne, mais en raison des effets secondaires graves et de la r\u00e9sistance aux m\u00e9dicaments de la chimioth\u00e9rapie, l'effet du traitement n'est pas id\u00e9al. Il participe \u00e0 diverses activit\u00e9s de la vie et rev\u00eat une grande importance pour la sant\u00e9 humaine. Parall\u00e8lement, le s\u00e9l\u00e9nium a \u00e9galement diverses activit\u00e9s fonctionnelles, telles que l'antioxydation et la lutte contre les tumeurs. Des recherches ont montr\u00e9 que les patients atteints de cancer souffrent d'une carence en s\u00e9l\u00e9nium dans leur organisme. unique et \u00e0 surface de r\u00e9ponse, \u00e0 savoir une temp\u00e9rature de r\u00e9action de 35 \u2103, un temps de r\u00e9action de 1 heure, un rapport molaire entre l'acide ascorbique et le s\u00e9l\u00e9nite de sodium de 14:1, et une concentration de FD de 0,8 mg\/mL. Dans ces conditions, la taille minimale des particules a \u00e9t\u00e9 mesur\u00e9e \u00e0 (83,40 \u00b1 0,55) nm, le potentiel \u00e9tait de (-31,89 \u00b1 0,47) mV et la teneur en s\u00e9l\u00e9nium atteignait 29,93%. Une identification plus pouss\u00e9e de sa structure a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 que la FD forme des nanoparticules uniform\u00e9ment sph\u00e9riques \u00e0 la surface des SeNPs par adsorption d'hydroxyle, ce qui indique que les groupes polaires des polysaccharides peuvent inhiber efficacement l'agr\u00e9gation des SeNPs.<\/p>\n<p>Les recherches actuelles ont montr\u00e9 que les m\u00e9canismes antitumoraux comprennent principalement l'inhibition de la croissance des cellules tumorales, l'inhibition des m\u00e9tastases ou de l'invasion des cellules tumorales et le renforcement de la capacit\u00e9 de r\u00e9gulation immunitaire de l'organisme pour obtenir des effets antitumoraux. La recherche a montr\u00e9 que les SeNPs utilisant des polysaccharides comme mod\u00e8les peuvent promouvoir l'expression des prot\u00e9ines apoptotiques et des prot\u00e9ines marqueurs de l'autophagie, induisant ainsi l'apoptose et l'autophagie des cellules tumorales.
