Il s'agit d'une plante m\u00e9dicinale et comestible ; les feuilles de bois de s\u00e9taire contiennent de nombreuses substances actives telles que des flavono\u00efdes, des polyph\u00e9nols, des huiles volatiles et des polysaccharides, qui ont des effets antioxydants, antibact\u00e9riens, antitumoraux et anti-inflammatoires. Actuellement, la recherche sur les feuilles d'Eucommia ulmoides se concentre principalement sur l'extraction des ingr\u00e9dients actifs, les effets pharmacologiques et les applications dans la transformation des aliments. Les polysaccharides sont les principaux composants fonctionnels des feuilles, et la teneur en pectine atteint 35,53%. Les recherches sur les polysaccharides pr\u00e9sents dans les feuilles du bois puant se concentrent principalement sur l'extraction, les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s antioxydantes et anti-inflammatoires des polysaccharides solubles dans l'acide et solubles dans l'eau. Shi et al. ont compar\u00e9 les effets de l'extraction acide, de l'extraction alcaline et de l'extraction assist\u00e9e par ultrasons de l'oxalate d'ammonium sur l'activit\u00e9 antioxydante de la pectine du bois de tofu. Les r\u00e9sultats ont montr\u00e9 que la m\u00e9thode d'extraction alcaline avait la meilleure capacit\u00e9 de pi\u00e9geage du radical libre DPPH et du radical libre hydroxyle, et que son activit\u00e9 antioxydante \u00e9tait sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle des deux autres m\u00e9thodes d'extraction. Toutefois, aucun rapport sur l'activit\u00e9 antitumorale des polysaccharides solubles dans l'alcali n'a \u00e9t\u00e9 publi\u00e9 en Chine.<br \/>\nCet article vise \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper et \u00e0 utiliser pleinement les ressources en polysaccharides d'Eucommia ulmoides, en utilisant comme mati\u00e8re premi\u00e8re les r\u00e9sidus de polysaccharides extraits par la m\u00e9thode de l'acide folique d'Eucommia ulmoides. Des exp\u00e9riences \u00e0 facteur unique et \u00e0 surface de r\u00e9ponse ont \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9es pour optimiser le processus d'extraction des polysaccharides solubles en milieu alcalin (PLAP) des feuilles de Premna puberula Pamp, et pour explorer la capacit\u00e9 antioxydante in vitro et l'activit\u00e9 antitumorale des PLAP. Le processus d'extraction optimal pour la PLAP a \u00e9t\u00e9 obtenu par des exp\u00e9riences \u00e0 facteur unique et \u00e0 surface de r\u00e9ponse : rapport liquide\/mati\u00e8re de 1:50g\/mL, concentration de NaOH de 0,25mmol\/L, temps d'extraction de 110min, et taux d'extraction de la PLAP de (11,80 \u00b1 0,50)% dans ces conditions ; la PLAP a une bonne capacit\u00e9 antioxydante, avec des valeurs IC50 de 0.18, 3,22 et 12,38 mg\/mL pour les radicaux ABTS, les radicaux hydroxyles et les radicaux DPPH, respectivement ; l'exp\u00e9rience sur l'activit\u00e9 anti-tumorale a montr\u00e9 que la PLAP a un certain effet inhibiteur sur la prolif\u00e9ration des cellules A549 et HepG2, les deux montrant un effet de dose significatif (P&lt;0,05).
