W. Sm est un membre du genre Rhododendron de la famille des Rhododendrons, \u00e9galement connu sous le nom de Rhododendron undulata et de pudding de tofu blanc, qui est distribu\u00e9 dans la plupart des r\u00e9gions du sud-est et du sud-ouest du Yunnan. Les rhododendrons ont pour effet de dissiper la chaleur, de d\u00e9sintoxiquer, de favoriser la circulation sanguine et d'arr\u00eater les h\u00e9morragies. Dans la m\u00e9decine populaire, leurs racines et leurs feuilles sont utilis\u00e9es comme herbes pour la consommation interne et externe. Ce genre de plantes poss\u00e8de une gamme vari\u00e9e de composants chimiques et de structures nouvelles, comprenant principalement des terp\u00e8nes, des flavono\u00efdes, des huiles volatiles, des coumarines, des ph\u00e9nols et d'autres composants chimiques. Parmi eux, les diterp\u00e8nes de type grayannane sont repr\u00e9sentatifs et ont des activit\u00e9s biologiques significatives telles que le soulagement de la douleur, les anti-inflammatoires, les anti-tumoraux et les antiviraux. Les recherches actuelles ont montr\u00e9 que les plantes du genre Rhododendron, telles que Rhododendron fortunei, Rhododendron fragrans, Rhododendron scoparia et Rhododendron grandiflorus, ont des compositions chimiques complexes et de bonnes activit\u00e9s anti-inflammatoires. Cependant, il n'existe actuellement aucune recherche sur la composition chimique et l'activit\u00e9 biologique du Rhododendron yunnanensis, qui est largement r\u00e9pandu dans le Yunnan. Par cons\u00e9quent, afin d'explorer la composition chimique et l'activit\u00e9 biologique du Rhododendron yunnanensis, cette exp\u00e9rience a permis d'isoler 26 compos\u00e9s de l'extrait d'ac\u00e9tate d'\u00e9thyle du Rhododendron yunnanensis \u00e0 l'aide d'une m\u00e9thode de s\u00e9paration syst\u00e9matique, et de tester tous les compos\u00e9s pour leur activit\u00e9 anti-inflammatoire in vitro. Afin de clarifier la base de la substance anti-inflammatoire du Rhododendron yunnanensis et de fournir une base th\u00e9orique pour le d\u00e9veloppement ult\u00e9rieur de sa valeur.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4830\" src=\"https:\/\/longchangextracts.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/1-98.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"765\" height=\"710\" \/><br \/>\nLe rhododendron est largement r\u00e9pandu et dispose de ressources abondantes au Yunnan. Le Yunnan compte 320 esp\u00e8ces de rhododendrons, y compris les sous-esp\u00e8ces et les vari\u00e9t\u00e9s, repr\u00e9sentant 56% en Chine et 31% dans le monde. La coutume de manger des fleurs dans les r\u00e9gions ethniques du Yunnan a une longue histoire. Une longue pratique sur le terrain a montr\u00e9 que plus la couleur des azal\u00e9es est fonc\u00e9e, plus elles sont toxiques. Les gens ne consomment g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement qu'un petit nombre d'azal\u00e9es blanches et de couleur claire, de sorte que les azal\u00e9es \u00e0 nuages blancs existent \u00e9galement dans le r\u00e9gime alimentaire des habitants du Yunnan. Il n'existe pas de rapports de recherche sur la composition et l'activit\u00e9 du Rhododendron yunnanensis, car il n'est pr\u00e9sent que dans certaines r\u00e9gions du Yunnan. Afin d'\u00e9tudier la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 du Rhododendron yunnanensis en tant que fleur v\u00e9g\u00e9tale et d'explorer ses composants anti-inflammatoires, notre groupe de recherche a \u00e9tudi\u00e9 la composition chimique du Rhododendron yunnanensis et isol\u00e9 26 compos\u00e9s. L'examen de la litt\u00e9rature pertinente a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 qu'aucun des compos\u00e9s que nous avons rapport\u00e9s n'avait d'activit\u00e9 anti-inflammatoire. Par cons\u00e9quent, une recherche de l'activit\u00e9 inhibitrice de la lib\u00e9ration de NO a \u00e9t\u00e9 effectu\u00e9e sur certains compos\u00e9s monom\u00e8res, et il a \u00e9t\u00e9 constat\u00e9 que les compos\u00e9s (2Z) -2,6-dim\u00e9thyl-2,7-octadi\u00e8ne-1,6-diol (13), 4-O-m\u00e9thylcedarzine (16), et 6,8-di-C-m\u00e9thyldihydrokaempferol (18) peuvent inhiber la lib\u00e9ration de NO dans les macrophages RAW 264.7 induite par le LPS. Parmi eux, le compos\u00e9 4-O-m\u00e9thylcedarzine a montr\u00e9 une activit\u00e9 anti-inflammatoire significative, avec une valeur IC50 de 33,5 \u00b1 1,5 \u03bc mol\/L. Cependant, ces compos\u00e9s appartiennent \u00e0 la cat\u00e9gorie des neurotoxines du syst\u00e8me nerveux et cardiaque, qui peuvent augmenter la contractilit\u00e9 du myocarde et induire des arythmies cardiaques rapides, conduisant \u00e0 l'arr\u00eat cardiaque et \u00e0 la mort. Il existe de nombreux rapports de chercheurs \u00e9trangers sur l'\u00e9tude du resv\u00e9ratrol, en particulier dans certains miels o\u00f9 la pr\u00e9sence de ce type de toxine peut \u00eatre d\u00e9tect\u00e9e.
