La recherche moderne montre qu'Arctium lappa a \u00e9t\u00e9 largement \u00e9tudi\u00e9e en raison de ses diverses activit\u00e9s pharmacologiques, telles que les effets anti-inflammatoires, antitumoraux, antidiab\u00e9tiques et n\u00e9phropathiques, la r\u00e9gulation immunitaire, les antivirus, l'hypoglyc\u00e9mie, les diur\u00e9tiques et les purgatifs. Sur cette base, un plan exp\u00e9rimental de combinaison de trois facteurs est r\u00e9alis\u00e9 \u00e0 l'aide de Box Behnken.
