Sm., une plante orthop\u00e9dique du dragon d'eau. Il est de nature chaude, de go\u00fbt amer, et appartient aux m\u00e9ridiens du foie et des reins. Elle a pour effet de gu\u00e9rir et de soulager la douleur, de tonifier les reins et de renforcer les os, ainsi que de dissiper le vent et les taches. Des \u00e9tudes pharmacologiques et cliniques modernes ont montr\u00e9 que les toniques \u00e0 base de fragments osseux ont des effets tels que la lutte contre l'ost\u00e9oporose, la promotion de la gu\u00e9rison des fractures, la protection des reins, l'anti-inflammation et la promotion de la croissance des dents. digitales des suppl\u00e9ments de fragments osseux et des produits chauds. Il y avait 12 pics communs entre les diff\u00e9rents lots de suppl\u00e9ments de fragments d'os et de produits chauds, et la similarit\u00e9 \u00e9tait sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 0,9, ce qui indique une grande similarit\u00e9 et une diff\u00e9renciation peu claire entre les deux. L'ALP est un biomarqueur de la diff\u00e9renciation et de la maturation des ost\u00e9oblastes et l'un des indicateurs biochimiques de la formation osseuse. La capacit\u00e9 de diff\u00e9renciation des ost\u00e9oblastes peut \u00eatre d\u00e9termin\u00e9e par des changements dans les niveaux d'activit\u00e9 de l'ALP. Des \u00e9tudes ant\u00e9rieures ont montr\u00e9 que la suppl\u00e9mentation en fragments osseux pouvait favoriser la diff\u00e9renciation des ost\u00e9oblastes. Dans cette \u00e9tude, des suppl\u00e9ments de fragments osseux et des scaldes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 appliqu\u00e9s \u00e0 des cellules MG63 afin d'analyser leurs effets sur l'activit\u00e9 ALP. Les r\u00e9sultats indiquent que le m\u00eame lot de fragments osseux peut promouvoir de mani\u00e8re significative la s\u00e9cr\u00e9tion de l'ALP par les cellules MG63 apr\u00e8s l'\u00e9chaudage au sable. Afin d'\u00e9tudier les ingr\u00e9dients actifs dans la fragmentation et la r\u00e9paration des os qui favorisent la diff\u00e9renciation ost\u00e9og\u00e9nique des cellules MG63, une analyse de corr\u00e9lation spectrale a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e entre l'activit\u00e9 ALP et les pics caract\u00e9ristiques calibr\u00e9s par les spectres d'empreintes digitales. Afin d'analyser de mani\u00e8re exhaustive la relation spectrale entre les pics caract\u00e9ristiques du spectre d'empreintes digitales des fragments osseux et l'activit\u00e9 ALP, cette exp\u00e9rience a utilis\u00e9 trois m\u00e9thodes : l'analyse de corr\u00e9lation grise, l'analyse de corr\u00e9lation bivari\u00e9e et l'analyse de r\u00e9gression par les moindres carr\u00e9s. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 constat\u00e9 que les pics 4, 5 et 12 ont une forte corr\u00e9lation avec l'activit\u00e9 ALP et sont positivement corr\u00e9l\u00e9s, contribuant le plus \u00e0 l'activit\u00e9 ALP et \u00e9tant des variables importantes affectant l'activit\u00e9 ALP.<br \/>\nLa technologie UPLC-Q-TOF\/MS pr\u00e9sente les caract\u00e9ristiques suivantes : forte s\u00e9lectivit\u00e9, haute sensibilit\u00e9, pr\u00e9traitement simple des \u00e9chantillons, haute pr\u00e9cision et haute r\u00e9solution, ce qui permet d'identifier de mani\u00e8re plus compl\u00e8te et plus rapide les composants chimiques des fragments d'os. Cette \u00e9tude a utilis\u00e9 l'UPLC-Q-TOF\/MS en mode ion n\u00e9gatif pour identifier 40 composants dans les toniques \u00e0 base de fragments osseux. Le composant identifi\u00e9 qui contribue de mani\u00e8re significative \u00e0 l'activit\u00e9 ALP est le pic 4 acide caf\u00e9ique-4-O - \u03b2 - D-glucopyranoside ; le pic 5 cat\u00e9chines 7-glucoside ; le pic 12 naringine et son activit\u00e9 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 valid\u00e9s. La naringine est un compos\u00e9 flavono\u00efde, et la recherche pharmacologique moderne a montr\u00e9 que la naringine peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e pour traiter ou pr\u00e9venir diverses maladies, telles que l'ost\u00e9oporose, les antioxydants, les antitumoraux et l'am\u00e9lioration des l\u00e9sions myocardiques. Les recherches existantes indiquent \u00e9galement que la naringine est un ingr\u00e9dient actif important dans les toniques pour fragments osseux. Les activit\u00e9s pharmacologiques de l'acide caf\u00e9ique-4-O - \u03b2 - D-glucopyranoside et de la cat\u00e9chine 7-glucoside n'ont pas encore \u00e9t\u00e9 rapport\u00e9es et des recherches suppl\u00e9mentaires sont n\u00e9cessaires.
