Il s'agit d'une plante herbac\u00e9e annuelle du genre Cannabis de la famille Cannabis et d'une culture \u00e9conomique traditionnelle en Chine. Jusqu'\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent, on a trouv\u00e9 dans le chanvre industriel des cannabino\u00efdes v\u00e9g\u00e9taux et d'autres substances actives d'origine v\u00e9g\u00e9tale, notamment des terp\u00e8nes, des ph\u00e9nols, des lipides, des alcalo\u00efdes, etc. Parmi ces ingr\u00e9dients, la substance m\u00e9dicinale non psychoactive cannabidiol (CBD) des cannabino\u00efdes v\u00e9g\u00e9taux (voir figure 1) a \u00e9t\u00e9 la plus \u00e9tudi\u00e9e, avec de bons effets dans le traitement de l'\u00e9pilepsie, des troubles du spectre autistique, de l'anxi\u00e9t\u00e9, de la d\u00e9pression et de la th\u00e9rapie antitumorale.<br \/>\nIl existe deux m\u00e9thodes principales pour produire du CBD \u00e0 partir de chanvre industriel : l'extraction par solvant et l'extraction par fluide de CO2 supercritique. \u00c0 l'heure actuelle, le processus de conversion du CBD dans les plantes de chanvre industriel par le biais de l'acide cannabidiol (CBDA) a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 avec succ\u00e8s, mais il existe peu de rapports sur la th\u00e9orie de conversion correspondante. Il est impossible de s'appuyer sur des moyens th\u00e9oriques pour guider la conversion efficace du CBDA dans le chanvre industriel en CBD, ce qui entra\u00eene in\u00e9vitablement un gaspillage des ressources des composants v\u00e9g\u00e9taux dans le processus de production du CBD.<br \/>\nCette \u00e9tude a utilis\u00e9 la m\u00e9thode de contribution de groupe et la formule de Watson pour calculer les param\u00e8tres thermodynamiques de base de chaque composant dans la conversion par d\u00e9carboxylation thermique du CBDA en CBD dans le chanvre industriel. Sur la base de la formule thermodynamique classique, l'\u00e9nergie libre de Gibbs de la conversion du CBDA en CBD \u00e0 la pression atmosph\u00e9rique et \u00e0 la temp\u00e9rature de 40-140 \u2103 dans le chanvre industriel a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9termin\u00e9e, et la constante d'\u00e9quilibre de la r\u00e9action et le taux de conversion \u00e0 l'\u00e9quilibre ont \u00e9t\u00e9 obtenus. La possibilit\u00e9 d'une conversion spontan\u00e9e par d\u00e9carboxylation du CBDA dans le chanvre industriel dans des conditions conventionnelles a \u00e9t\u00e9 jug\u00e9e. La recherche sur les effets de facteurs tels que la temp\u00e9rature et la teneur en humidit\u00e9 des fleurs et des feuilles sur la conversion du CBDA en CBD dans le chanvre industriel, la d\u00e9termination du mod\u00e8le de fonction cin\u00e9tique de la d\u00e9carboxylation du CBDA dans le chanvre industriel et le calcul de l'\u00e9nergie d'activation de la conversion fournissent un soutien th\u00e9orique et exp\u00e9rimental pour la s\u00e9lection des conditions permettant d'obtenir une teneur \u00e9lev\u00e9e en CBD dans le traitement industriel du chanvre d\u00e9carboxylation du CBDA dans le chanvre industriel en utilisant la m\u00e9thode de contribution de groupe et la formule de Watson. Selon la formule thermodynamique classique, \u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures comprises entre 40 et 140 \u2103, les valeurs de l'image de la r\u00e9action deviennent plus n\u00e9gatives \u00e0 mesure que la temp\u00e9rature augmente. La r\u00e9action de conversion peut se produire spontan\u00e9ment dans la plage de temp\u00e9rature de 40-140 \u2103, et la tendance de la conversion de d\u00e9carboxylation augmente avec l'augmentation de la temp\u00e9rature de d\u00e9carboxylation. Sur la base des valeurs d'image \u00e0 diff\u00e9rentes temp\u00e9ratures, l'image de conversion CBDA et \u03b1 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 calcul\u00e9es, indiquant th\u00e9oriquement que la r\u00e9action peut subir une conversion suffisante.<br \/>\nPour \u00e9viter que le produit de conversion CBD ne perde du poids en raison de la d\u00e9gradation \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature, la temp\u00e9rature la plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e pour la r\u00e9action de d\u00e9carboxylation ne doit pas d\u00e9passer 156,24 \u2103, comme d\u00e9termin\u00e9 par l'analyse thermogravim\u00e9trique. En \u00e9tudiant l'influence de la teneur en eau du chanvre industriel et de la temp\u00e9rature ambiante sur la conversion et la d\u00e9carboxylation du CBDA en CBD, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 constat\u00e9 qu'avec l'augmentation de la temp\u00e9rature ambiante et de la teneur en eau dans les feuilles industrielles de Fried Dough Twists, le taux de conversion de la d\u00e9carboxylation du CB-DA en CBD dans le chanvre industriel augmentait, ce qui indique qu'en partant du principe que le CBD ne sera pas d\u00e9grad\u00e9 et ne perdra pas de poids, une augmentation ad\u00e9quate de la teneur en eau et de la temp\u00e9rature dans les feuilles industrielles de Fried Dough Twists peut am\u00e9liorer le processus de d\u00e9carboxylation du CBD dans le chanvre industriel. Selon les r\u00e9sultats exp\u00e9rimentaux et la comparaison avec huit mod\u00e8les courants de fonction cin\u00e9tique de d\u00e9composition, le mod\u00e8le le plus probable de d\u00e9carboxylation thermique du CBD dans les feuilles de chanvre industriel a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9termin\u00e9 comme \u00e9tant le mod\u00e8le F1, et l'\u00e9nergie d'activation E de la conversion de d\u00e9carboxylation des feuilles de chanvre industriel a \u00e9t\u00e9 calcul\u00e9e comme \u00e9tant respectivement de 83,77kJ\/mol par l'interm\u00e9diaire de l'\u00e9quation d'Arrhrnius.
