Progr\u00e8s de la recherche sur la modification structurelle et l'activit\u00e9 biologique de la dihydromyric\u00e9tine
\nLa dihydromyric\u00e9tine (DHM, voir figure 1) est le principal composant flavono\u00efde de l'Ampelopsis Grossedentata W. T. Wang, repr\u00e9sentant environ 30% du poids sec de ses pousses tendres. Elle a des effets antioxydants, anti-inflammatoires, antiviraux, anticanc\u00e9reux, antibact\u00e9riens, antifatigue, anti-anxi\u00e9t\u00e9, hypoglyc\u00e9miques, h\u00e9patoprotecteurs, cardioprotecteurs, soulageant la maladie d'Alzheimer et l'asthme.
\nLe DHM pr\u00e9sente une bonne s\u00e9curit\u00e9. Des tests de toxicit\u00e9 orale aigu\u00eb, des tests de toxicit\u00e9 \u00e0 long terme et des tests de g\u00e9notoxicit\u00e9 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 effectu\u00e9s sur des rats et des souris et se sont tous r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9s n\u00e9gatifs. La stabilit\u00e9 du DHM est nettement plus faible que celle d'autres flavono\u00efdes, car il poss\u00e8de 6 groupes hydroxyle, en particulier le groupe hydroxyle de l'anneau B, qui est facilement oxyd\u00e9. La modification structurelle r\u00e9ussie des produits naturels doit \u00eatre \u00e9valu\u00e9e du point de vue de la faisabilit\u00e9 synth\u00e9tique, de l'activit\u00e9 biologique et des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s physiques et chimiques. Par exemple, l'introduction d'un groupe m\u00e9thyle dans la structure du DHM peut inhiber de mani\u00e8re significative le COVID-19.
