Il est largement plant\u00e9 en Chine et dans les pays m\u00e9diterran\u00e9ens et constitue l'une des principales cultures de rapport dans ces pays et r\u00e9gions. \u00c0 l'heure actuelle, le d\u00e9veloppement et l'utilisation des ressources ol\u00e9icoles se concentrent principalement sur l'utilisation des fruits, tandis que les feuilles d'olivier sont abandonn\u00e9es comme d\u00e9chets dans les plantations, ce qui entra\u00eene un gaspillage important des ressources. Les recherches modernes ont montr\u00e9 que les feuilles d'olivier contiennent une grande quantit\u00e9 de glycosides irido\u00efdes, de ph\u00e9nols, de triterp\u00e9no\u00efdes pentacycliques et de flavono\u00efdes. Parmi eux, l'oleurop\u00e9ine (OL) est la substance la plus active, qui a des effets antioxydants, antiviraux, bact\u00e9ricides et anti-inflammatoires, hypoglyc\u00e9miques, antihypertenseurs, anticanc\u00e9reux et autres, et qui est largement utilis\u00e9e dans l'alimentation, la m\u00e9decine, les cosm\u00e9tiques et d'autres domaines. L'OL appartient \u00e0 la classe des glycosides irido\u00efdes, qui sont facilement solubles dans des solvants tels que l'eau, l'\u00e9thanol et le m\u00e9thanol. Ils peuvent \u00eatre facilement d\u00e9compos\u00e9s en hydroxytyrosol dans des conditions telles que l'acide, l'alcali, la temp\u00e9rature \u00e9lev\u00e9e et la lumi\u00e8re.<br \/>\n\u00c0 l'heure actuelle, les principales m\u00e9thodes de s\u00e9paration des OL sont l'adsorption sur r\u00e9sine macroporeuse, l'extraction \u00e0 contre-courant \u00e0 grande vitesse et l'extraction supercritique. Parmi ces m\u00e9thodes, l'extraction \u00e0 contre-courant \u00e0 grande vitesse et l'extraction supercritique ont de meilleurs effets de s\u00e9paration et permettent d'obtenir des LO de grande puret\u00e9. Toutefois, ces deux m\u00e9thodes n\u00e9cessitent un \u00e9quipement important et du personnel, et ne conviennent pas \u00e0 une production industrielle \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle. La r\u00e9sine macroporeuse a une structure poreuse et d'excellentes performances d'adsorption. Elle est largement utilis\u00e9e pour l'enrichissement, la s\u00e9paration et la purification des principes actifs des plantes. Le principal m\u00e9canisme d'enrichissement et de s\u00e9paration des LO par la r\u00e9sine macroporeuse est que les deux peuvent subir des interactions r\u00e9versibles par le biais de la liaison hydrog\u00e8ne et des forces de van der Waals dans certaines conditions, ce qui permet de les enrichir et de les s\u00e9parer de mani\u00e8re s\u00e9lective de la solution d'extraction. Ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, de nombreux chercheurs se sont int\u00e9ress\u00e9s \u00e0 l'enrichissement et \u00e0 la s\u00e9paration des LO dans les extraits de feuilles d'olivier en utilisant des r\u00e9sines non polaires et faiblement polaires. Tian et al. ont utilis\u00e9 la r\u00e9sine macroporeuse D101 pour enrichir et s\u00e9parer les OL, et ont obtenu un produit d'OL d'une puret\u00e9 de 63,43% par extraction \u00e0 l'ac\u00e9tate d'\u00e9thyle. Wang et al. ont utilis\u00e9 la r\u00e9sine AB-8 pour enrichir et s\u00e9parer les OL, et la puret\u00e9 est pass\u00e9e de 9,16% \u00e0 20,38%. Sahin et al. ont constat\u00e9 que le m\u00e9canisme d'adsorption des OL par la r\u00e9sine XAD 7HP est conforme \u00e0 une cin\u00e9tique de quasi second ordre. Liu et al. ont constat\u00e9 que le m\u00e9canisme d'enrichissement de l'OL par la r\u00e9sine d'adsorption macroporeuse BMKX-4 est conforme \u00e0 la cin\u00e9tique du quasi second ordre et au mod\u00e8le de Freundlich, et qu'il augmente la puret\u00e9 de l'OL jusqu'\u00e0 47,59%. En th\u00e9orie, l'OL appartient aux compos\u00e9s polyph\u00e9noliques et le m\u00e9canisme d'adsorption de la r\u00e9sine anionique peut permettre son enrichissement et sa s\u00e9paration. Cependant, aucun rapport n'a \u00e9t\u00e9 publi\u00e9 sur la s\u00e9paration de l'OL par une r\u00e9sine anionique. Nous avons donc utilis\u00e9 une r\u00e9sine anionique (LX-68M) pour \u00e9tudier ses propri\u00e9t\u00e9s statiques et dynamiques d'adsorption et de d\u00e9sorption de l'OL, et nous avons \u00e9galement \u00e9tudi\u00e9 la courbe de fuite, la courbe d'\u00e9lution et la stabilit\u00e9 de la r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de l'OL par la r\u00e9sine anionique, afin de fournir une r\u00e9f\u00e9rence th\u00e9orique pour l'enrichissement, la s\u00e9paration et la purification de l'OL et de produits naturels similaires par la r\u00e9sine anionique.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" alt=\"\" width=\"757\" height=\"312\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Les r\u00e9sultats de l'exp\u00e9rience d'adsorption isotherme montrent que le mod\u00e8le d'adsorption isotherme de Freundlich peut bien d\u00e9crire le processus d'adsorption des OL par la r\u00e9sine LX-68M \u00e0 la temp\u00e9rature exp\u00e9rimentale, avec un coefficient de corr\u00e9lation R2=0,9642, indiquant que l'adsorption est favorable. L'adsorption d'OL par la r\u00e9sine LX-68M est plus conforme \u00e0 la cin\u00e9tique du pseudo second ordre, avec R2=0,9934, indiquant que l'adsorption d'OL par la r\u00e9sine LX-68M se produit simultan\u00e9ment par adsorption physique et adsorption chimique, l'adsorption chimique \u00e9tant le m\u00e9canisme principal. Le m\u00e9canisme peut \u00eatre la formation de liaisons chimiques entre les groupes fonctionnels de la r\u00e9sine et l'OL. Les conditions optimales de s\u00e9paration obtenues par des exp\u00e9riences d'adsorption et de d\u00e9sorption statiques et dynamiques sont les suivantes : concentration d'extraction de 0,25g\/mL, \u00e9luant d'\u00e9thanol 45%, taux de charge de 2,0BV\/h, volume de charge de 6.0BV, vitesse de d\u00e9sorption de 2,0BV\/h, et volume de d\u00e9sorption de 10,0BV ; \u00e0 ce moment, le taux d'adsorption et le taux de d\u00e9sorption \u00e9taient respectivement de 86,86% et 87,08%, et la puret\u00e9 de l'OL obtenue \u00e9tait de 52,33%. Apr\u00e8s 4 cycles d'adsorption-d\u00e9sorption sur r\u00e9sine, l'efficacit\u00e9 d'adsorption \u00e9tait de 54,9%. Apr\u00e8s r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ration, le taux d'adsorption a atteint 93,1% du taux d'adsorption initial, ce qui indique que la r\u00e9sine a encore une bonne performance d'adsorption apr\u00e8s r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ration. Les r\u00e9sultats ci-dessus indiquent que la r\u00e9sine LX-68M a une bonne efficacit\u00e9 d'enrichissement, de s\u00e9paration et de purification de l'OL et, par rapport aux proc\u00e9d\u00e9s existants, ce proc\u00e9d\u00e9 fonctionne \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature et pression ambiantes, est s\u00fbr et simple, et utilise des solvants verts et non toxiques. Il peut fournir une base de recherche th\u00e9orique et un soutien technique pour l'application de la r\u00e9sine anionique dans la s\u00e9paration et la purification industrielles des OL et des produits naturels similaires. Bien que cette \u00e9tude ait examin\u00e9 le processus d'adsorption de la r\u00e9sine LX-68M sur les OL, le comportement d'adsorption comp\u00e9titif entre les impuret\u00e9s et les OL peut \u00e9galement avoir un certain impact sur l'efficacit\u00e9 de la s\u00e9paration.
