Il s'agit de l'une des principales substances m\u00e9dicinales et comestibles chinoises, dont la consommation est tr\u00e8s ancienne en Chine. Son utilisation m\u00e9dicinale a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9crite pour la premi\u00e8re fois dans le \"Shennong Bencao Jing\" et a pour effet de \"soulager la froideur superficielle, r\u00e9chauffer le milieu et arr\u00eater les vomissements, r\u00e9soudre les mucosit\u00e9s et la toux, et soulager les toxines du poisson et du crabe\". La recherche pharmacologique moderne a montr\u00e9 que le gingembre a divers effets, notamment anti-inflammatoires, antioxydants, antibact\u00e9riens, antitumoraux, neuroprotecteurs, etc.<br \/>\nLe gingembre contient divers composants tels que le ging\u00e9rol, l'huile volatile, etc. Parmi eux, le ging\u00e9rol est un composant fonctionnel important et une substance aromatique du gingembre, y compris le 6-ging\u00e9rol, le 8-ging\u00e9rol, le 10-ging\u00e9rol, le 6-ging\u00e9rol et d'autres composants. Actuellement, la recherche quantitative sur les composants du gingembre se concentre \u00e9galement sur le ging\u00e9rol et l'huile volatile, parmi lesquels le 6-ging\u00e9rol, le 8-ging\u00e9rol et le 10-ging\u00e9rol sont les composants indicateurs du gingembre dans la pharmacop\u00e9e chinoise (\u00e9dition 2020). Parall\u00e8lement, certains chercheurs ont utilis\u00e9 les spectres d'empreintes digitales HPLC et UPLC pour \u00e9tudier la qualit\u00e9 du gingembre, mais des recherches suppl\u00e9mentaires sont n\u00e9cessaires pour analyser simultan\u00e9ment les spectres d'empreintes digitales du gingembre et d\u00e9terminer la teneur en composants du ging\u00e9rol \u00e0 l'aide de la m\u00e9thode UHPLC.<br \/>\nLa Chine poss\u00e8de une longue histoire de culture du gingembre et d'abondantes ressources g\u00e9n\u00e9tiques. Il existe certaines vari\u00e9t\u00e9s r\u00e9gionales avantageuses dans diverses r\u00e9gions. En raison des diff\u00e9rences entre les vari\u00e9t\u00e9s et les environnements de plantation, il existe \u00e9galement des diff\u00e9rences significatives dans la composition du gingembre. Cette \u00e9tude porte sur 20 lots de gingembre provenant de Honghe, Wenshan et Qujing dans la province du Yunnan. Des spectres d'empreintes digitales UHPLC ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tablis et une analyse chimiom\u00e9trique a \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9e pour comparer les diff\u00e9rences de composition entre les diff\u00e9rentes origines et les diff\u00e9rents lots. Quatre composants du ging\u00e9rol ont \u00e9t\u00e9 s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s pour une d\u00e9termination et une analyse quantitatives, afin de fournir une r\u00e9f\u00e9rence pour l'\u00e9valuation digitale UHPLC du gingembre en optimisant les conditions chromatographiques et en \u00e9tudiant la m\u00e9thode de pr\u00e9paration des \u00e9chantillons test\u00e9s, et a d\u00e9termin\u00e9 une m\u00e9thode d'analyse quantitative des composants dans les m\u00eames conditions chromatographiques que l'empreinte digitale. Parall\u00e8lement, afin de mieux analyser les sch\u00e9mas de distribution et les relations d'interaction des composants complexes dans les spectres de l'empreinte digitale, des m\u00e9thodes chimiom\u00e9triques ont \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9es pour \u00e9tudier les spectres de l'empreinte digitale. Le logiciel Origin Pro 2023 a \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9 pour l'analyse en grappes et l'analyse en composantes principales en prenant comme variable la zone de pic commune de 18 spectres d'empreintes digitales de gingembre. Les r\u00e9sultats ont montr\u00e9 qu'en d\u00e9pit de certaines diff\u00e9rences entre les \u00e9chantillons de chaque lot, l'analyse en grappes et l'analyse en composantes principales ont permis de diviser les \u00e9chantillons en deux cat\u00e9gories principales (sud-est du Yunnan et est du Yunnan). Honghe et Wenshan sont g\u00e9ographiquement adjacents \u00e0 l'est et \u00e0 l'ouest, et les diff\u00e9rences entre les deux \u00e9chantillons sont relativement faibles ; l'\u00e9chantillon de Qujing, qui est adjacent au nord et au sud, pr\u00e9sente des diff\u00e9rences relativement importantes entre les deux endroits (et le lieu de collecte est relativement \u00e9loign\u00e9). Par cons\u00e9quent, sur la base de la r\u00e9partition des trois zones et r\u00e9gions de production, une analyse OPLS-DA a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e \u00e0 l'aide du logiciel SIMCA14.1, qui permet de distinguer efficacement le gingembre du sud-est et de l'est du Yunnan. Les pics chromatographiques diff\u00e9rentiels s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s avec des valeurs de contribution \u00e9lev\u00e9es sont similaires aux groupes de classification de l'analyse en grappes et de l'analyse en composantes principales (4-ging\u00e9rol, pic 1, 6-ging\u00e9rol, pic 6, pic 5, pic 13, pic 15 et pic 11). Il existe une certaine corr\u00e9lation entre les r\u00e9sultats des trois analyses chimiom\u00e9triques ; les diff\u00e9rences de composition peuvent \u00eatre li\u00e9es aux diff\u00e9rents environnements de plantation et aux climats locaux dans le nord et le sud des deux r\u00e9gions.<br \/>\nLe choix de la vari\u00e9t\u00e9 et du lieu d'origine est important pour la s\u00e9lection des ingr\u00e9dients m\u00e9dicinaux du gingembre. Le gingembre est cultiv\u00e9 dans de nombreuses r\u00e9gions de Chine, mais il existe des diff\u00e9rences significatives dans la teneur en 8-ging\u00e9rol et en 10-ging\u00e9rol du gingembre provenant de diff\u00e9rentes r\u00e9gions. Le gingembre Yunnan Xiaohuang pr\u00e9sente un taux de qualification plus \u00e9lev\u00e9. Les r\u00e9sultats de l'analyse quantitative de 20 lots d'\u00e9chantillons de gingembre du Yunnan montrent que, bien que les m\u00e9thodes de d\u00e9termination de la teneur en 6-ging\u00e9rol, 8-ging\u00e9rol et 10-ging\u00e9rol de la rubrique gingembre de la pharmacop\u00e9e chinoise (\u00e9dition 2020) soient diff\u00e9rentes, les valeurs de d\u00e9termination de la teneur des \u00e9chantillons de gingembre provenant des trois lieux d'origine du Yunnan sont relativement \u00e9lev\u00e9es, ce qui les rend aptes \u00e0 servir de mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res m\u00e9dicinales ; Dans le m\u00eame temps, quatre r\u00e9sultats de d\u00e9termination de la teneur ont montr\u00e9 que la teneur des \u00e9chantillons de gingembre de Honghe et de Wenshan \u00e9tait relativement similaire, mais qu'il y avait quelques diff\u00e9rences par rapport aux \u00e9chantillons de gingembre de Qujing, principalement dans la teneur en 6-ging\u00e9rol, 8-ging\u00e9rol et 6-ging\u00e9rol.<br \/>\nCette \u00e9tude a \u00e9tabli une m\u00e9thode UHPLC d'empreinte digitale du gingembre et a pu d\u00e9terminer simultan\u00e9ment la teneur en quatre composants du ging\u00e9rol, ce qui peut servir de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence pour la s\u00e9lection des zones de production du gingembre m\u00e9dicinal, la recherche sur la qualit\u00e9 et l'application industrielle \u00e0 un stade ult\u00e9rieur.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Research on UHPLC fingerprint and quantitative analysis of four components of ginger produced in Yunnan Ginger is the fresh root and rhizome of Zingiber officinale Rosc., a plant in the ginger family.
