Des \u00e9tudes pharmacologiques modernes ont montr\u00e9 que l'extrait du champignon endophyte Septoriella phragmitis de l'orchid\u00e9e Huaze a des activit\u00e9s antid\u00e9pressives, anti-inflammatoires, de r\u00e9gulation immunitaire et antioxydantes. Zhang et al. ont isol\u00e9 8 champignons endophytes de Hua Zelan et ont men\u00e9 des exp\u00e9riences antitumorales in vitro sur l'extrait d'ac\u00e9tate d'\u00e9thyle de leur bouillon de fermentation, mais n'ont pas effectu\u00e9 de recherche sur les compos\u00e9s individuels. L'\u00e9quipe de recherche a isol\u00e9 un champignon endophyte des racines de Huaze Lan et, apr\u00e8s identification de la souche, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9termin\u00e9 qu'il \u00e9tait diff\u00e9rent du champignon endophyte isol\u00e9 par Zhang Jianfen et al. et qu'il s'agissait de Septoriella phragmitis. Afin d'\u00e9tudier plus avant la base mat\u00e9rielle du champignon endophyte Septoriella phragmatis, cette \u00e9tude a isol\u00e9 et identifi\u00e9 ses composants chimiques, et test\u00e9 ses activit\u00e9s antidiab\u00e9tiques et antitumorales, fournissant une r\u00e9f\u00e9rence pour trouver un compos\u00e9 principal antidiab\u00e9tique hautement efficace et faiblement toxique et pour d\u00e9velopper et utiliser cette ressource fongique m\u00e9dicinale.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-3539\" src=\"https:\/\/longchangextracts.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/640.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"700\" height=\"324\" srcset=\"https:\/\/longchangextracts.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/640.jpg 854w, https:\/\/longchangextracts.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/640-768x355.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" \/><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3540\" src=\"https:\/\/longchangextracts.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/640.webp\" alt=\"\" width=\"472\" height=\"364\" \/>Cette \u00e9tude a explor\u00e9 la composition chimique de la souche et a obtenu 10 compos\u00e9s, dont 5 alcalo\u00efdes, 4 ph\u00e9nols et 1 benzofurane, tous isol\u00e9s de la souche pour la premi\u00e8re fois. En outre, on a d\u00e9couvert pour la premi\u00e8re fois que les micro-organismes peuvent produire le principe actif de la plante Eupatorium adenophorum - la pu\u00e9rarine. Les r\u00e9sultats des tests d'activit\u00e9 pharmacologique ont montr\u00e9 que les compos\u00e9s 6 et 7 ont une bonne activit\u00e9 inhibitrice contre l'alpha glucosidase, respectivement ; les compos\u00e9s 6, 7 et 9 pr\u00e9sentent une bonne activit\u00e9 inhibitrice de PTP1B, et leur activit\u00e9 est sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle du m\u00e9dicament positif orthovanadate de sodium ; les compos\u00e9s 5 et 6 pr\u00e9sentent une certaine activit\u00e9 inhibitrice contre la lign\u00e9e cellulaire du cancer gastrique HGC-27 par rapport \u00e0 d'autres compos\u00e9s. D'autres exp\u00e9riences d'amarrage mol\u00e9culaire ont montr\u00e9 que les compos\u00e9s 6 et 7 peuvent interagir avec les r\u00e9sidus d'acides amin\u00e9s de l'\u03b1-glucosidase ou des prot\u00e9ines cibles PTP1B par le biais de diverses interactions telles que la liaison hydrog\u00e8ne, l'hydrophobie, la conjugaison, etc. \u00c0 l'heure actuelle, aucune litt\u00e9rature ne fait \u00e9tat des m\u00e9tabolites secondaires du champignon Septoriella phragmatis. Cette \u00e9tude rapporte pour la premi\u00e8re fois les m\u00e9tabolites secondaires de cette souche, et certains des compos\u00e9s trouv\u00e9s ont une activit\u00e9 inhibitrice \u00e0 double cible contre le diab\u00e8te.
