Son los principales componentes que ejercen actividades farmacol\u00f3gicas en ambos g\u00e9neros de plantas. Los alcaloides heterosteroidales tienen una estructura de nicho y una cantidad limitada, pero su estructura \u00fanica y su actividad farmacol\u00f3gica siguen atrayendo la atenci\u00f3n de los estudiosos tanto nacionales como internacionales. Dado que la investigaci\u00f3n sobre los alcaloides esteroideos naturales ya se hab\u00eda resumido antes de 2006, en este art\u00edculo se revisan las fuentes vegetales, las estructuras qu\u00edmicas y las actividades farmacol\u00f3gicas de 80 alcaloides esteroideos reci\u00e9n descubiertos desde 2006 hasta 2020, con el fin de proporcionar una base cient\u00edfica para la investigaci\u00f3n y el desarrollo ulteriores de los componentes de los alcaloides esteroideos.<\/p>\n<p>Los alcaloides isosteroidales son los principales metabolitos secundarios de las plantas de la familia Liliaceae, incluidos los g\u00e9neros Fritillaria y Resveratrol. Tienen amplias perspectivas de aplicaci\u00f3n en los campos antiinflamatorio, analg\u00e9sico, antihipertensivo, antiasm\u00e1tico, antitromb\u00f3tico, inhibidor de la colinesterasa, antiv\u00edrico y antitumoral. Sin embargo, el bajo contenido y la dificultad para aislar la mayor\u00eda de los componentes de los alcaloides esteroideos en las plantas restringen el desarrollo en profundidad de la relaci\u00f3n estructura-actividad de los alcaloides esteroideos; la mayor\u00eda de las investigaciones se centran en objetivos \u00fanicos y actividades \u00fanicas, careciendo de estudios sistem\u00e1ticos sobre sus mecanismos multiobjetivo. Por lo tanto, el autor sugiere que se estudien m\u00e1s a fondo las siguientes direcciones de investigaci\u00f3n (1) continuar realizando investigaciones qu\u00edmicas sobre plantas del mismo g\u00e9nero con componentes desconocidos, y mejorar la diversidad estructural de los alcaloides esteroideos; Explorar la composici\u00f3n qu\u00edmica y el valor medicinal de diferentes partes de la misma planta, especialmente las partes de investigaci\u00f3n del g\u00e9nero Fritillaria son casi todas bulbos, y hay pocos estudios sobre otras partes como flores, frutos, tallos y hojas; Separaci\u00f3n precisa de los grupos de compuestos diana utilizando t\u00e9cnicas como redes moleculares, LC-MS, pesca de ligandos, etc. (2) Es necesario superar urgentemente la corta ruta de s\u00edntesis total y el m\u00e9todo de alcaloides no esteroideos eficaces (como la ciclofosfamida), y merece la pena estudiar la modificaci\u00f3n de transformaci\u00f3n semisint\u00e9tica entre alcaloides no esteroideos de alto contenido y alta actividad. (3) Reforzar el cribado de otras actividades farmacol\u00f3gicas de los alcaloides no esteroideos, ampliar el \u00e1mbito de aplicaci\u00f3n de dichos componentes e implementar \"una sustancia, m\u00faltiples cribados\"; Explorar el proceso de comunicaci\u00f3n del mecanismo de acci\u00f3n conjunta de un \u00fanico componente con m\u00faltiples efectos farmacol\u00f3gicos como antiinflamatorio y antitumoral, con el fin de descubrir nuevas dianas o actividades desconocidas. En la actualidad, la investigaci\u00f3n sobre alcaloides no esteroideos se encuentra todav\u00eda en sus primeras fases.
