Se recolectan en julio, cuando la piel a\u00fan est\u00e1 verde. Citrus aurantium tiene un car\u00e1cter ligeramente fr\u00edo, con un sabor amargo, acre y agrio. La huella dactilar de la medicina tradicional china es un m\u00e9todo de an\u00e1lisis exhaustivo que utiliza cromatogramas o espectrogramas caracter\u00edsticos para caracterizar sus caracter\u00edsticas qu\u00edmicas en su conjunto. Actualmente se reconoce como uno de los medios t\u00e9cnicos m\u00e1s eficaces para evaluar exhaustivamente la calidad global de la medicina tradicional china. Este estudio estableci\u00f3 espectros de huellas dactilares de cromatograf\u00eda l\u00edquida de alta resoluci\u00f3n (HPLC) de 11 materiales medicinales de Fructus Aurantii, determin\u00f3 el contenido de 13 componentes qu\u00edmicos y evalu\u00f3 exhaustivamente su calidad mediante estequiometr\u00eda multimodal, con el objetivo de proporcionar una referencia para la evaluaci\u00f3n y el control de la calidad de los materiales medicinales de Fructus Aurantii.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Este experimento utiliz\u00f3 HPLC para establecer espectros de huellas dactilares de 11 muestras de Fructus Aurantii, y combin\u00f3 an\u00e1lisis cuantitativo, evaluaci\u00f3n de similitud, an\u00e1lisis de componentes principales y an\u00e1lisis discriminante para evaluar la calidad de las 11 muestras. Este m\u00e9todo es sencillo y preciso, y puede utilizarse para una evaluaci\u00f3n exhaustiva de la calidad del Fructus Aurantii. El porcentaje de calidad de naringina y neohesperidina en Fructus Aurantii de diferentes regiones es alto; el espectro de huellas dactilares HPLC tiene 16 picos comunes, y 11 muestras de Fructus Aurantii tienen buena similitud. La calidad del Fructus Aurantii de diferentes or\u00edgenes es relativamente estable.
