La descomposici\u00f3n de la hojarasca forestal depende de la diversidad de hongos, y la hojarasca forestal tambi\u00e9n se considera un buen h\u00e1bitat para los hongos. Los recursos f\u00fangicos de la hojarasca forestal de Daxing'anling son abundantes. Zhang et al. descubrieron que los extractos de seis hongos de la hojarasca forestal de Daxing'anling tienen actividad antibacteriana, y se obtuvieron cuatro compuestos monom\u00e9ricos de dos hongos. Qiu aisl\u00f3 dos compuestos monom\u00e9ricos con actividad antibacteriana a partir de hongos de la hojarasca forestal de la cordillera del Gran Khingan. En este estudio se utilizaron como materiales tres cepas de hongos de la hojarasca forestal con actividad antibacteriana de las monta\u00f1as del Gran Khingan para aislar e identificar los principales compuestos antibacterianos que produc\u00edan. Se obtuvo un total de ocho compuestos (v\u00e9ase la figura 1), entre ellos dos productos naturales de nueva estructura y cinco compuestos con actividad antibacteriana. Este estudio sienta las bases para una mayor utilizaci\u00f3n de los compuestos antibacterianos producidos por los hongos de la hojarasca forestal.<\/p>\n<p>En este estudio se aislaron ocho compuestos a partir de tres hongos de la hojarasca forestal SGSF622, SGSF289 y SGSF062 de la cordillera del Gran Khingan, incluidos dos compuestos nuevos, el 1-metoxi-Ch53825 (1) y el \u00e1cido 3,4-dihidroxi-10-metil-2-metilentetradecil-9-enoico (2). Se analizaron sus estructuras planares, pero sus estereois\u00f3meros necesitan m\u00e1s investigaci\u00f3n, y su rotaci\u00f3n \u00f3ptica y otros datos espectrales tambi\u00e9n necesitan ser complementados. Tienen una estructura similar al compuesto 1 de este estudio y pertenecen a la clase de los compuestos de espironaftaleno. El art\u00edculo tambi\u00e9n informaba de sus efectos sobre Escherichia coli, Agrobacterium tumefaciens y X. vesicatoria. El pat\u00f3geno de la mancha foliar del pepino (P. lachrymans) y Bacillus subtilis presentan una buena actividad inhibidora. Se han aislado hongos del g\u00e9nero Oidiodendron con 10 metoxidihidrofuscina, fuscinarina y fuscina. Se descubri\u00f3 que estos compuestos se unen eficazmente a la prote\u00edna inflamatoria de macr\u00f3fagos (MIP)-1R y a la CCR5 humana, que es una importante diana contra el VIH-1 que puede interferir en la entrada del VIH en las c\u00e9lulas. Estos compuestos no se encontraron en este estudio. Qiu aisl\u00f3 el producto natural del hongo Parapyenchaeta SGSF449 y separ\u00f3 el metabolito 4,6,8-trihidroxi-7-metoxi-3-metildihidroisocumarina de su producto de fermentaci\u00f3n. Este compuesto se aisl\u00f3 por primera vez de Scytalidium y se denomin\u00f3 lignicol, que coincide con la estructura qu\u00edmica del compuesto 6 de este art\u00edculo. En este estudio se presentan por primera vez los datos espectrales de los compuestos 1 y 2, as\u00ed como la actividad antibacteriana de los compuestos 2 y 3.
