Kuhn var. latiusulum (Desv) Underw, planta perteneciente al g\u00e9nero Pteridium de la familia de las Pteridiaceae, es conocida por sus hojas y tallos tiernos. Tambi\u00e9n se la conoce como verdura pu\u00f1o, verdura ruyi, verdura garra de drag\u00f3n, etc. Crece en monta\u00f1as, bosques y zonas silvestres, por lo que es verde, natural y no contamina. Adem\u00e1s, es delicioso y tiene un sabor crujiente y refrescante, muy apreciado por la gente. Los helechos son ricos en diversos nutrientes, as\u00ed como en terpenos, flavonoides, polisac\u00e1ridos y otros componentes qu\u00edmicos. Estudios relacionados han demostrado que los polisac\u00e1ridos tienen efectos farmacol\u00f3gicos \u00fanicos, con diversas funciones medicinales y sanitarias, como la reducci\u00f3n del az\u00facar en sangre, la antioxidaci\u00f3n y la mejora de la inmunidad del organismo, y tienen un alto valor medicinal. El contenido total de polisac\u00e1ridos de los helechos es uno de los indicadores importantes para evaluar su calidad. Los m\u00e9todos tradicionales para determinar el contenido total de polisac\u00e1ridos de los helechos incluyen el m\u00e9todo del \u00e1cido sulf\u00farico antrona y el m\u00e9todo del \u00e1cido sulf\u00farico fenol. Por lo tanto, es urgente desarrollar un m\u00e9todo r\u00e1pido, ecol\u00f3gico y f\u00e1cil de utilizar para determinar el contenido total de polisac\u00e1ridos de los helechos.<br \/>\nEn los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, el uso de la tecnolog\u00eda de espectroscopia infrarroja media por transformada de Fourier (FTIR) combinada con m\u00e9todos quimiom\u00e9tricos para construir un modelo de predicci\u00f3n r\u00e1pida del contenido de compuestos en las plantas se ha aplicado en el an\u00e1lisis cuantitativo no destructivo de componentes relacionados. Sin embargo, no existen informes sobre el an\u00e1lisis cuantitativo de polisac\u00e1ridos totales en helechos utilizando esta tecnolog\u00eda.<br \/>\nEn vista de ello, este estudio utiliz\u00f3 la tecnolog\u00eda de an\u00e1lisis de espectroscopia infrarroja por transformada de Fourier combinada con m\u00e9todos quimiom\u00e9tricos para investigar los efectos de diferentes m\u00e9todos de preprocesamiento espectral y la selecci\u00f3n de diferentes bandas caracter\u00edsticas en su an\u00e1lisis cuantitativo. Se estableci\u00f3 un modelo de predicci\u00f3n r\u00e1pida del contenido total de polisac\u00e1ridos de los helechos, proporcionando un m\u00e9todo para la detecci\u00f3n r\u00e1pida del contenido de polisac\u00e1ridos de los helechos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>En este experimento se recogieron espectros infrarrojos por transformada de Fourier de polvo de helecho y se estableci\u00f3 un modelo de m\u00ednimos cuadrados parciales para predecir el contenido total de polisac\u00e1ridos del helecho. Al realizar una inspecci\u00f3n completa de la muestra externa, el error de predicci\u00f3n del contenido total de polisac\u00e1ridos en los helechos es s\u00f3lo de -0,35% a 0,31%. Este modelo tiene un buen rendimiento de predicci\u00f3n. En comparaci\u00f3n con los m\u00e9todos tradicionales de determinaci\u00f3n del contenido de polisac\u00e1ridos, este m\u00e9todo tiene un pretratamiento sencillo de la muestra, un funcionamiento r\u00e1pido y c\u00f3modo, resultados precisos y fiables, y una buena practicidad. Se puede utilizar para la determinaci\u00f3n r\u00e1pida del contenido total de polisac\u00e1ridos en helechos, lo que puede satisfacer las necesidades de industrializaci\u00f3n de helechos y promover su aplicaci\u00f3n en la producci\u00f3n pr\u00e1ctica.
