Moore es una especie vegetal de la familia Menispermaceae, distribuida principalmente en Jiangxi, el sur de Anhui, Zhejiang, Fujian y otras regiones. Utilizando sus ra\u00edces secas como medicina, tiene los efectos de disipar el viento, aliviar el dolor, promover la diuresis y reducir la hinchaz\u00f3n. Se utiliza para tratar el reumatismo, el pie de atleta, la dificultad para orinar y el eczema. Estudios anteriores han demostrado que el fenfangji contiene principalmente alcaloides, entre ellos varios tipos estructurales como la bisbencilisoquinolina, la protoberberina, la aporfina, la protoaporfina y el fenantreno. La investigaci\u00f3n farmacol\u00f3gica moderna ha demostrado que el Fen Fang Ji y el Fen Fang Ji alcalino tienen actividades biol\u00f3gicas significativas en aspectos antitumorales, antiinflamatorios y analg\u00e9sicos, antifibrosis hep\u00e1tica, protecci\u00f3n del sistema cardiovascular, antibacterianos y antihipertensivos. Con el fin de investigar m\u00e1s a fondo otros ingredientes activos en Fenfangji, este estudio estudi\u00f3 sistem\u00e1ticamente la composici\u00f3n qu\u00edmica de la ra\u00edz Fenfangji y explor\u00f3 el efecto de los compuestos obtenidos en TGF - \u03b2 1-inducida por la proliferaci\u00f3n de c\u00e9lulas estrelladas hep\u00e1ticas LX-2. Los resultados de la investigaci\u00f3n dilucidar\u00e1n las sustancias farmacol\u00f3gicas de Fenfangji contra la fibrosis hep\u00e1tica y proporcionar\u00e1n referencias para el desarrollo de f\u00e1rmacos antifibr\u00f3ticos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>En este estudio, se aislaron e identificaron 13 compuestos de Fenfangji, incluidos 7 alcaloides con tipos estructurales como berberina (1), bencilisoquinolina (2), isoquinolina (4-6), pirrol (3) y piridina (7). Los compuestos 1-13 se aislaron de esta planta por primera vez, y los compuestos 3, 4, 6-9 no se hab\u00edan descrito en el g\u00e9nero Gentiana. Investigaciones anteriores han descubierto que los componentes de Fenfangji tienen importantes efectos contra la fibrosis hep\u00e1tica, y se ha evaluado la actividad contra la fibrosis hep\u00e1tica de los compuestos aislados.
