Puede contaminar diversos productos agr\u00edcolas y alimentos, y causar enfermedades cut\u00e1neas en los animales. En los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, un gran n\u00famero de estudios han demostrado que Aspergillus niger produce abundantes metabolitos secundarios con diversas estructuras qu\u00edmicas, lo que lo convierte en una reserva natural de recursos qu\u00edmicos. Seg\u00fan la b\u00fasqueda en PubMed, se han realizado avances significativos en el estudio de los metabolitos secundarios y sus actividades biol\u00f3gicas de Aspergillus niger desde 2017 hasta julio de 2022. Se aisl\u00f3 un total de 325 compuestos de 37 cepas de bacterias, de los cuales 111 eran nuevos productos naturales (v\u00e9ase la Figura 11), incluidos p\u00e9ptidos c\u00edclicos, alcaloides, terpenos, policetonas y otros tipos estructurales, con actividades antibacterianas, antioxidantes, antitumorales y antivirales, entre otras. Estos estudios indican que los metabolitos secundarios de Aspergillus niger de diferentes fuentes de h\u00e1bitat son significativamente diferentes. Diferentes fuentes de h\u00e1bitat de Aspergillus activar\u00e1n diferentes v\u00edas biosint\u00e9ticas debido a las diferencias en sus entornos de vida, causando cambios en sus mecanismos y v\u00edas metab\u00f3licas, lo que resulta en metabolitos secundarios m\u00e1s espec\u00edficos del h\u00e1bitat y estructuralmente diversos. Los metabolitos secundarios microbianos son recursos importantes para el descubrimiento de nuevos f\u00e1rmacos como antibi\u00f3ticos, inhibidores enzim\u00e1ticos, antitumorales y antivirales. Sin embargo, debido a la dificultad de cultivar artificialmente microorganismos en la naturaleza, a\u00fan no se han aislado m\u00e1s de 90% de microorganismos, lo que dificulta cada vez m\u00e1s el desarrollo de nuevos tipos de sustancias microbianas naturalmente activas utilizando microorganismos. La diversidad de metabolitos secundarios de Aspergillus niger procedentes de diferentes h\u00e1bitats nos proporciona un buen material de investigaci\u00f3n.
