YLHJ01, un hongo endof\u00edtico de Artemisia annua<br \/>\nLa Artemisia selengensis Turcz, tambi\u00e9n conocida como artemisia del carrizo o artemisia del agua, es una planta herb\u00e1cea perenne de la familia Asteraceae. Es una planta silvestre comestible caracter\u00edstica de la zona del lago Poyang y una verdura tradicional de temporada. Su aroma \u00fanico y su riqueza nutritiva la hacen popular entre los consumidores. La investigaci\u00f3n cient\u00edfica moderna ha demostrado que la Artemisia annua contiene abundantes nutrientes y tiene ciertos beneficios para la salud, principalmente debido a sus componentes qu\u00edmicos como flavonoides, terpenos, fenilpropanoides, polisac\u00e1ridos, etc. Estos ingredientes han mostrado buenas actividades biol\u00f3gicas en la regulaci\u00f3n antioxidante, antiobesidad, antiinflamatoria, antitumoral e inmunitaria, y su desarrollo y utilizaci\u00f3n integrales son de gran importancia.<br \/>\nExisten abundantes especies de hongos end\u00f3fitos en las plantas, y sus metabolitos son diversos. YLHJ01 en Artemisia annua. Entre ellos, el compuesto 1 es un nuevo derivado fen\u00f3lico, y los compuestos 2-5 y 7 fueron aislados de este g\u00e9nero por primera vez, enriqueciendo enormemente la diversidad de estructuras de metabolitos secundarios en el g\u00e9nero Paraconiothorium. Sathiyaseelan et al. informaron de que algunos compuestos fen\u00f3licos presentaban citotoxicidad frente a c\u00e9lulas tumorales en el hongo endof\u00edtico Paraconiothorium brasiliense MT269522. Adem\u00e1s, los informes han demostrado que los derivados fen\u00f3licos y los compuestos de ftalina tienen actividades antitumorales y antibacterianas.
