Proporcionar una base para el desarrollo de alimentos funcionales innovadores y la investigaci\u00f3n en profundidad en campos como la medicina para las almendras de mango.<br \/>\nCon el fin de explorar mejor las potenciales sustancias medicinales en los granos de mango, este estudio condujo un an\u00e1lisis en profundidad de los componentes qu\u00edmicos en los granos de mango cambiando la fase m\u00f3vil y optimizando los par\u00e1metros de espectrometr\u00eda de masas basados en la identificaci\u00f3n de sustancias polifen\u00f3licas por investigadores previos. Con respecto a las fases org\u00e1nicas de metanol y acetonitrilo, y las fases acuosas de agua, agua de \u00e1cido f\u00f3rmico 0.1%, y agua de \u00e1cido f\u00f3rmico 0.2%, las fases m\u00f3viles fueron investigadas y finalmente determinadas a ser acetonitrilo y agua de \u00e1cido f\u00f3rmico 0.1%.
