Makino, una planta de la familia de las solan\u00e1ceas. De sabor agrio y amargo, de naturaleza fr\u00eda, pertenece a los meridianos de pulm\u00f3n y bazo. Tiene los efectos de despejar el calor y desintoxicar, favorecer la garganta y resolver la flema, diuresis y despejar el sistema linf\u00e1tico. Se utiliza cl\u00ednicamente para tratar el dolor de garganta, la tos por calor pulmonar y la incontinencia urinaria. La relaci\u00f3n entre el espectro de la medicina tradicional china y la eficacia se basa en el estudio del espectro de la huella dactilar de la medicina tradicional china, la vinculaci\u00f3n del espectro de la huella dactilar con los efectos farmacol\u00f3gicos, la realizaci\u00f3n de investigaciones sobre la relaci\u00f3n entre el espectro y la eficacia, y una mayor clarificaci\u00f3n de la base material para ejercer los efectos farmacol\u00f3gicos. Por primera vez, se combinaron los espectros de huellas dactilares con los resultados farmacol\u00f3gicos, y se utiliz\u00f3 el an\u00e1lisis de correlaci\u00f3n de grises para estudiar la relaci\u00f3n de eficacia espectral del farolillo Jin Deng. Los resultados mostraron que la actividad antibacteriana de Jinlongdeng puede ser el resultado de la acci\u00f3n combinada de m\u00faltiples componentes. Entre ellos, los picos caracter\u00edsticos que contribuyen significativamente a la actividad antibacteriana (correlaci\u00f3n \u2265 0,85) est\u00e1n todos compuestos por \u00e9steres de \u00e1cidos grasos de sacarosa, lo que indica que estos componentes tienen una contribuci\u00f3n significativa a la actividad antibacteriana del Jinlongdeng.<\/p>\n<p>En el pasado, la investigaci\u00f3n sobre el Jinlongdeng se centraba principalmente en la compleja estructura qu\u00edmica y la importante actividad biol\u00f3gica de los compuestos \u00e1cidos amargos, mientras que se descuidaba el estudio de los \u00e9steres de \u00e1cidos grasos de la sacarosa. Las caracter\u00edsticas estructurales de los componentes de \u00e9steres de \u00e1cidos grasos de sacarosa son que la sacarosa sirve de n\u00facleo parental y est\u00e1 unida a uno o m\u00e1s fragmentos de cadena de \u00e1cidos grasos mediante enlaces \u00e9ster. La investigaci\u00f3n farmacol\u00f3gica moderna ha demostrado que este tipo de compuesto tiene importantes actividades antibacterianas, antiinflamatorias, hipogluc\u00e9micas, antitumorales, insecticidas y otras. Al mismo tiempo, los \u00e9steres de \u00e1cidos grasos de sacarosa tienen buenas propiedades biodegradables y toxicol\u00f3gicas, por lo que sus perspectivas de aplicaci\u00f3n son amplias y merecen nuestra atenci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>En resumen, este estudio estableci\u00f3 con \u00e9xito el espectro de huellas dactilares del extracto de Lonicera japonica y estudi\u00f3 por primera vez su relaci\u00f3n espectral-efecto. Los resultados mostraron que los componentes de \u00e9steres de \u00e1cidos grasos de sacarosa estaban altamente correlacionados con la actividad antibacteriana de Lonicera japonica.
