Se han aislado e identificado m\u00e1s de 16.000 productos naturales marinos a partir de organismos marinos, y los microorganismos marinos se consideran una fuente valiosa para producir nuevos antibi\u00f3ticos, antitumorales y antiinflamatorios. Los hongos marinos, especialmente los relacionados con algas marinas, esponjas, invertebrados y sedimentos, son eficaces productores de metabolitos secundarios bioactivos. Debido a sus caracter\u00edsticas de temperatura, nutrientes, competencia y salinidad, forman v\u00edas metab\u00f3licas secundarias espec\u00edficas en comparaci\u00f3n con los hongos terrestres y pueden producir abundantes productos naturales activos nuevos. Estos nuevos metabolitos secundarios estructurales desempe\u00f1an un papel importante en el descubrimiento de f\u00e1rmacos.<\/p>\n<p>Los hongos Aspergillus son uno de los grupos f\u00fangicos m\u00e1s ampliamente distribuidos en la Tierra, y comprenden m\u00e1s de 300-350 especies de hongos. En la actualidad, se han descubierto varios tipos estructurales de metabolitos secundarios en los hongos Aspergillus, como alcaloides, terpenos, lignina, esteroides, policetonas, p\u00e9ptidos c\u00edclicos, etc., y tienen diversas actividades biol\u00f3gicas, como antitumorales, antibacterianas, antiinflamatorias, antivirales, etc. Aspergillus terreus est\u00e1 ampliamente presente en la naturaleza y a menudo se a\u00edsla de la rizosfera del suelo, de la materia org\u00e1nica en descomposici\u00f3n y de ambientes marinos. Se aislaron e identificaron trece compuestos, entre los cuales los compuestos 1 a 3 eran derivados de \u03b3 - butirolactona, el compuesto 4 era una clase de derivados de maleimida alcaloide natural marino (2,5-pirrolidona), el compuesto 5 era el f\u00e1rmaco estatina lovastatina, el compuesto 6 era un compuesto terpeno y el compuesto 7 era un compuesto benzoato de metilo. Sus datos de RMN se comunicaron por primera vez. Los compuestos 8 a 12 eran cinco diketopiperazinas, entre las cuales los compuestos 8 y 9 eran tiodiketopiperazinas, y el compuesto 13 era un compuesto de benzopiranona.
