Esta enfermedad est\u00e1 causada por una desregulaci\u00f3n del metabolismo de los l\u00edpidos en el organismo. Por lo tanto, es urgente desarrollar sustancias bioactivas de origen natural para ayudar en el tratamiento de la hiperlipidemia.<\/p>\n<p>Los p\u00e9ptidos bioactivos se han convertido en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os en un punto caliente de la investigaci\u00f3n debido a sus amplias fuentes y a su alto factor de seguridad. La sangre de camello tiene un alto contenido prote\u00ednico, con un contenido prote\u00ednico total de 6,80g\/dL y un contenido de hemoglobina de 141,11g\/L, superior al de otros ganados. Se utiliz\u00f3 PepSite2 para modelizar y predecir los sitios de uni\u00f3n, y se emple\u00f3 la simulaci\u00f3n de din\u00e1mica molecular para evaluar los sitios de uni\u00f3n y los modos de acci\u00f3n de los p\u00e9ptidos estudiados, proporcionando una base para la identificaci\u00f3n y el an\u00e1lisis de los p\u00e9ptidos de sangre de camello en el futuro. Este estudio optimiz\u00f3 el proceso de preparaci\u00f3n de p\u00e9ptidos inhibidores de la lipasa pancre\u00e1tica de sangre de camello por hidr\u00f3lisis de proteasa neutra bas\u00e1ndose en la actividad inhibidora de la lipasa pancre\u00e1tica mediante experimentos de factor \u00fanico y superficie de respuesta. En condiciones \u00f3ptimas, la tasa de inhibici\u00f3n de la lipasa pancre\u00e1tica del p\u00e9ptido de sangre de camello fue de 42,13%. Analizando los productos de la hidr\u00f3lisis enzim\u00e1tica mediante MALDI-TOF-MS, LC-MS y tecnolog\u00eda bioinform\u00e1tica, se identificaron tres segmentos pept\u00eddicos, ALERMFLGF, GQPAVPVRF y WDPSKVPPR, que se un\u00edan significativamente a la lipasa pancre\u00e1tica. Mediante simulaciones de din\u00e1mica molecular, se descubri\u00f3 que los tres segmentos pept\u00eddicos se unen principalmente a los residuos de amino\u00e1cidos del sitio activo de la PL a trav\u00e9s de enlaces de hidr\u00f3geno e interacciones hidrof\u00f3bicas, perturbando la funci\u00f3n de la v\u00e1lvula del dominio N-terminal de la lipasa pancre\u00e1tica e inhibiendo su actividad. Entre ellos, GQPAVPVRF tiene una alta energ\u00eda libre de uni\u00f3n y un gran n\u00famero de enlaces de hidr\u00f3geno en 100ns, lo que significa que puede unirse fuertemente a 1ETH y se espera que se convierta en un componente de los inhibidores de la lipasa pancre\u00e1tica. Los resultados de la investigaci\u00f3n indican que la prote\u00edna de la sangre de camello puede servir como fuente de p\u00e9ptidos inhibidores de la lipasa pancre\u00e1tica. Sin embargo, los resultados del cribado virtual presentan ciertas limitaciones y, en el futuro, ser\u00e1 necesario optimizar la solubilidad en agua y la estabilidad digestiva de los segmentos pept\u00eddicos.
