W. Sm es un miembro del g\u00e9nero Rhododendron de la familia de los rododendros, tambi\u00e9n conocido como Rhododendron undulata y bud\u00edn de tofu blanco, que se distribuye en la mayor\u00eda de las zonas del sureste y suroeste de Yunnan. Las plantas de rododendro tienen los efectos de despejar el calor, desintoxicar, favorecer la circulaci\u00f3n sangu\u00ednea y detener las hemorragias. En la medicina popular, sus ra\u00edces y hojas se utilizan como hierbas para consumo interno y externo; Este g\u00e9nero de plantas tiene una diversa gama de componentes qu\u00edmicos y estructuras novedosas, que incluyen principalmente terpenos, flavonoides, aceites vol\u00e1tiles, cumarinas, fenoles y otros componentes qu\u00edmicos. Sin embargo, actualmente no se ha investigado la composici\u00f3n qu\u00edmica y la actividad biol\u00f3gica del Rhododendron yunnanensis, ampliamente distribuido en Yunnan. Por lo tanto, para explorar la composici\u00f3n qu\u00edmica y la actividad biol\u00f3gica del Rhododendron yunnanensis, en este experimento se aislaron 26 compuestos del extracto de acetato de etilo del Rhododendron yunnanensis mediante un m\u00e9todo de separaci\u00f3n sistem\u00e1tica, y se analizaron todos los compuestos para determinar su actividad antiinflamatoria in vitro. Con el fin de aclarar la base de la sustancia antiinflamatoria del Rhododendron yunnanensis y proporcionar una base te\u00f3rica para un mayor desarrollo de su valor.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4830\" src=\"https:\/\/longchangextracts.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/1-98.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"765\" height=\"710\" \/><br \/>\nEl rododendro est\u00e1 ampliamente distribuido y cuenta con abundantes recursos en Yunnan. Yunnan cuenta con 320 especies de rododendros, incluidas subespecies y variedades, que representan 56% de China y 31% del mundo. La costumbre de comer flores en las zonas \u00e9tnicas de Yunnan tiene una larga historia. La pr\u00e1ctica de campo a largo plazo ha demostrado que cuanto m\u00e1s oscuro es el color de las azaleas, m\u00e1s t\u00f3xicas son. La gente s\u00f3lo suele consumir un peque\u00f1o n\u00famero de azaleas blancas y de color claro, por lo que las azaleas de nube blanca tambi\u00e9n existen en la dieta de los habitantes de Yunnan. Para investigar la seguridad del Rhododendron yunnanensis como flor vegetal y explorar sus componentes antiinflamatorios, nuestro grupo de investigaci\u00f3n estudi\u00f3 la composici\u00f3n qu\u00edmica del Rhododendron yunnanensis y aisl\u00f3 26 compuestos como resultado. Tras revisar la bibliograf\u00eda pertinente, se descubri\u00f3 que ninguno de los compuestos de los que informamos ten\u00eda actividad antiinflamatoria. Por lo tanto, se realiz\u00f3 un cribado de la actividad inhibidora de la liberaci\u00f3n de NO en algunos compuestos monom\u00e9ricos, y se descubri\u00f3 que los compuestos (2Z) -2,6-dimetil-2,7-octadieno-1,6-diol (13), 4-O-metilcedarzina (16) y 6,8-di-C-metildihidrokaempferol (18) pueden inhibir la liberaci\u00f3n de NO en macr\u00f3fagos RAW 264.7 inducida por LPS. Entre ellos, el compuesto 4-O-metilcedarzina mostr\u00f3 una actividad antiinflamatoria significativa, con un valor IC50 de 33,5 \u00b1 1,5 \u03bc mol\/L. Adem\u00e1s, en este estudio se aislaron de Rhododendron yunnanensis tres toxinas de tipo resveratrol (compuestos 1-3). La literatura informa de que estos tres compuestos tienen una actividad analg\u00e9sica significativa.
