Mediante el estudio del mecanismo de acci\u00f3n de diferentes concentraciones de polisac\u00e1ridos de semillas de bardana en la inflamaci\u00f3n celular, se encontr\u00f3 que los polisac\u00e1ridos de semillas de bardana pueden inhibir la secreci\u00f3n de TNF - \u03b1 e IL-6 en el sobrenadante de c\u00e9lulas RAW 264.7 inducidas por LPS, y pueden desempe\u00f1ar un papel regulador inmunol\u00f3gico mediante la regulaci\u00f3n de prote\u00ednas relevantes en la v\u00eda TLR4\/MyD88\/NF - \u03ba B.
