Es un s\u00f3lido semitransparente en forma de l\u00e1mina y, debido a los enlaces de hidr\u00f3geno entre las cadenas de polisac\u00e1ridos, la quitina es insoluble en agua, \u00e1cidos diluidos, bases diluidas o disolventes org\u00e1nicos en general. La quitina est\u00e1 ampliamente presente en los caparazones de artr\u00f3podos inferiores, insectos y en las paredes celulares de ciertas algas y hongos, tanto en ambientes marinos como terrestres. Los m\u00e9todos de extracci\u00f3n incluyen m\u00e9todos \u00e1cido-base, hidr\u00f3lisis enzim\u00e1tica, EDTA, fermentaci\u00f3n microbiana y l\u00edquidos i\u00f3nicos. La quitina tiene actividades biol\u00f3gicas como antioxidante, hemost\u00e1tica, antibacteriana, antitumoral, hipoglucemiante, hipotensora, hipolipemiante y reguladora del sistema inmunitario. Gracias a su ausencia de toxicidad, buena biocompatibilidad, biodegradabilidad y capacidad de degradaci\u00f3n enzim\u00e1tica, se utiliza ampliamente en campos biom\u00e9dicos como la administraci\u00f3n de f\u00e1rmacos, la ingenier\u00eda de tejidos, la cicatrizaci\u00f3n de heridas y el tratamiento del c\u00e1ncer.<br \/>\nEl Periostracum Cicadae, tambi\u00e9n conocido como Cicadae, es el caparaz\u00f3n de muda del insecto saltamontes negro de la familia de las cigarras despu\u00e9s de la eclosi\u00f3n. Su composici\u00f3n qu\u00edmica incluye principalmente quitina, prote\u00ednas, sales inorg\u00e1nicas, amino\u00e1cidos, oligoelementos, etc. Como medicina tradicional china de uso com\u00fan en China, tiene los efectos de dispersar el viento y el calor, aliviar la garganta, penetrar las erupciones cut\u00e1neas, aliviar los espasmos y mejorar la visi\u00f3n y aliviar las opacidades. Los estudios han demostrado que la muda de cigarra, como fuente alternativa de quitina, tiene bajo grado de acetilaci\u00f3n, cristalinidad, propiedades t\u00e9rmicas y buena seguridad ecol\u00f3gica. En este estudio se utiliz\u00f3 el m\u00e9todo \u00e1cido-base tradicional asistido por ultrasonidos para extraer la quitina de las mudas de cigarra, se acort\u00f3 el ciclo de extracci\u00f3n y se optimiz\u00f3 el proceso de extracci\u00f3n mediante experimentos de factor \u00fanico y ortogonales. Tambi\u00e9n se determin\u00f3 la actividad antioxidante y el efecto hemost\u00e1tico del extracto, lo que tiene un importante significado de referencia para promover la investigaci\u00f3n y la La descalcificaci\u00f3n y la desproteinizaci\u00f3n asistidas por ultrasonidos aumentan la penetraci\u00f3n del disolvente, acortando eficazmente el tiempo de extracci\u00f3n.<br \/>\nEn el experimento preliminar, se utiliz\u00f3 una soluci\u00f3n acuosa de hidr\u00f3xido de potasio\/urea para la congelaci\u00f3n y descongelaci\u00f3n a baja temperatura con el fin de disolver la quitina de la muda de cigarra. Durante el proceso, se comprob\u00f3 que el propio sistema hidr\u00f3xido de potasio\/urea tiene un impacto significativo sobre los radicales libres. En este estudio se investig\u00f3 la actividad antioxidante de la suspensi\u00f3n de quitosano de muda de cigarra. Los resultados mostraron que, cuando la concentraci\u00f3n de la suspensi\u00f3n de quitosano de muda de cigarra era de 18mg\/mL, la tasa de eliminaci\u00f3n de radicales libres ABTS era del 91%.Cuando la concentraci\u00f3n de la suspensi\u00f3n de quitosano de muda de cigarra era de 15mg\/mL, el \u00edndice de eliminaci\u00f3n de radicales libres DPPH era de 35,19%; cuando la concentraci\u00f3n de la suspensi\u00f3n de quitosano de muda de cigarra era de 20mg\/mL, el \u00edndice de eliminaci\u00f3n de radicales libres O2 era de 63,72%. La raz\u00f3n por la que el quitosano presenta una excelente actividad antioxidante puede ser que se ha desacetilado parcialmente durante el proceso de extracci\u00f3n \u00e1cido-base.<br \/>\nSe utiliz\u00f3 el m\u00e9todo del tubo de ensayo para determinar el tiempo de coagulaci\u00f3n in vitro de la sangre de conejo con diferentes dosis de quitosano en polvo. Los resultados mostraron que la capacidad procoagulante in vitro del polvo de quitosano de muda de cigarra aumentaba con el incremento de la dosis de quitosano de muda de cigarra. En comparaci\u00f3n con el polvo de Yunnan Baiyao a la misma dosis, la capacidad procoagulante in vitro del polvo de quitosano de muda de cigarra era significativamente mejor. Se utiliz\u00f3 el m\u00e9todo de corte de la cola para determinar el tiempo y la cantidad de hemorragia de las distintas dosis de polvo de quitosano de muda de cigarra en ratones. Los resultados mostraron que el grupo de control positivo de polvo de quitosano de muda de cigarra y el polvo de Yunnan Baiyao en cada dosis pod\u00edan acortar significativamente el tiempo de sangrado en comparaci\u00f3n con el grupo de control en blanco. En comparaci\u00f3n con el polvo de Yunnan Baiyao a la misma dosis, hubo diferencias significativas en el tiempo de hemorragia y la cantidad de quitosano, lo que indica que el quitosano de muda de cigarra tiene mejor capacidad hemost\u00e1tica que Yunnan Baiyao. Al establecer un modelo de hemorragia hep\u00e1tica en ratones y medir el tiempo de hemorragia de la herida, los resultados mostraron que el quitosano de muda de cigarra pod\u00eda acortar significativamente el tiempo de hemorragia de la herida hep\u00e1tica, y los datos de la misma dosis de quitosano de muda de cigarra eran mejores que los del control positivo de Yunnan Baiyao.
