Se distribuye principalmente en Fangshan, Pek\u00edn, Shanxi, Henan, Hebei y otros lugares, y crece en laderas calizas y rocosas a una altitud de 500-1600 m. Las hierbas medicinales violeta p\u00farpura se utilizan sobre todo como hierbas enteras, con un sabor dulce y fr\u00edo como ingredientes principales. Tienen el efecto de despejar el calor y desintoxicar, y suelen utilizarse para tratar enfermedades como resfriados, fiebre, \u00falceras y ulceras. Estudios anteriores han descubierto que este g\u00e9nero de plantas contiene componentes qu\u00edmicos como alcaloides, flavonoides, cumarinas y \u00e1cidos org\u00e1nicos, entre los cuales los alcaloides son los principales principios activos farmacol\u00f3gicos. Por esta raz\u00f3n, en este estudio se estudi\u00f3 sistem\u00e1ticamente la composici\u00f3n qu\u00edmica y la citotoxicidad in vitro de Corydalis fangshan recolectada en el condado de Zuoquan, provincia de Shanxi. Los compuestos 1-10 eran alcaloides de isoquinolina, 11 y 12 eran otros alcaloides, 13 y 14 eran fenilpropanoides, 15 eran flavonas, y 16 y 17 eran lignanos. Entre ellos, el compuesto 1 fue descrito por primera vez como producto natural, y del 2 al 17 se aislaron por primera vez de la violeta p\u00farpura de Fangshan. Los compuestos aislados anteriormente son b\u00e1sicamente consistentes con los tipos de composici\u00f3n reportados del g\u00e9nero Corydalis en la literatura. Seg\u00fan los resultados de las pruebas de actividad, la mayor\u00eda de los componentes alcaloides de bencilisoquinolina tienen cierto efecto inhibidor, pero los compuestos alcaloides aislados son generalmente pocos, lo que dificulta resumir eficazmente sus relaciones estructura-actividad. Trabajos posteriores pueden modificar las estructuras de algunos componentes alcaloides de bencilisoquinolina con alto contenido y resumir sus relaciones estructura-actividad.
