Es una planta herb\u00e1cea anual del g\u00e9nero Cannabis de la familia del Cannabis y es un cultivo econ\u00f3mico tradicional en China. Hasta ahora, en el c\u00e1\u00f1amo industrial se han encontrado cannabinoides vegetales y otras sustancias activas de origen vegetal, como terpenos, fenoles, l\u00edpidos, alcaloides, etc. Entre estos ingredientes, la sustancia medicinal no psicoactiva cannabidiol (CBD) de los cannabinoides vegetales (v\u00e9ase la Figura 1) es la que m\u00e1s se ha estudiado, con buenos efectos en el tratamiento de la epilepsia, los trastornos del espectro autista, la ansiedad, la depresi\u00f3n y la terapia antitumoral.<br \/>\nExisten dos m\u00e9todos principales para producir CBD a partir del c\u00e1\u00f1amo industrial: la extracci\u00f3n con disolventes y la extracci\u00f3n con fluidos supercr\u00edticos de CO2. En la actualidad, se ha revelado con \u00e9xito el proceso de conversi\u00f3n de CBD en plantas de c\u00e1\u00f1amo industrial a trav\u00e9s del \u00e1cido cannabidiol (CBDA), pero existen pocos informes sobre la teor\u00eda de conversi\u00f3n correspondiente. Es imposible basarse en medios te\u00f3ricos para guiar la conversi\u00f3n eficiente de CBDA en c\u00e1\u00f1amo industrial a CBD, lo que inevitablemente conduce al desperdicio de recursos de los componentes de la planta en el proceso de producci\u00f3n de CBD.<br \/>\nEste estudio utiliz\u00f3 el m\u00e9todo de contribuci\u00f3n de grupo y la f\u00f3rmula de Watson para calcular los par\u00e1metros termodin\u00e1micos b\u00e1sicos de cada componente en la conversi\u00f3n de descarboxilaci\u00f3n t\u00e9rmica de CBDA a CBD en c\u00e1\u00f1amo industrial. Bas\u00e1ndose en la f\u00f3rmula termodin\u00e1mica cl\u00e1sica, se determin\u00f3 la energ\u00eda libre de Gibbs de la conversi\u00f3n de CBDA en CBD a presi\u00f3n atmosf\u00e9rica y temperatura de 40-140 \u2103 en c\u00e1\u00f1amo industrial, y se obtuvieron la constante de equilibrio de la reacci\u00f3n y la tasa de conversi\u00f3n de equilibrio. Se juzg\u00f3 la posibilidad de conversi\u00f3n de descarboxilaci\u00f3n espont\u00e1nea de CBDA en c\u00e1\u00f1amo industrial en condiciones convencionales. La investigaci\u00f3n sobre los efectos de factores tales como la temperatura y el contenido de humedad de las flores y las hojas en la conversi\u00f3n de CBDA a contenido de CBD en el c\u00e1\u00f1amo industrial, la determinaci\u00f3n del modelo de funci\u00f3n cin\u00e9tica de la descarboxilaci\u00f3n de CBDA en el c\u00e1\u00f1amo industrial, y el c\u00e1lculo de la energ\u00eda de activaci\u00f3n de conversi\u00f3n, proporcionando apoyo te\u00f3rico y experimental para la selecci\u00f3n de las condiciones para la obtenci\u00f3n de alto contenido de CBD en el procesamiento de termodin\u00e1micos b\u00e1sicos de cada componente en el sistema de conversi\u00f3n de descarboxilaci\u00f3n CBDA en c\u00e1\u00f1amo industrial utilizando el m\u00e9todo de contribuci\u00f3n de grupo y la f\u00f3rmula de Watson. Seg\u00fan la f\u00f3rmula termodin\u00e1mica cl\u00e1sica, a temperaturas comprendidas entre 40-140 \u2103, a medida que aumenta la temperatura, los valores de la imagen de reacci\u00f3n se vuelven m\u00e1s negativos. La reacci\u00f3n de conversi\u00f3n puede producirse espont\u00e1neamente dentro del intervalo de temperaturas de 40-140 \u2103, y la tendencia de la conversi\u00f3n de descarboxilaci\u00f3n aumenta con el incremento de la temperatura de descarboxilaci\u00f3n. Sobre la base de los valores de la imagen a diferentes temperaturas, se calcul\u00f3 la imagen de conversi\u00f3n CBDA y \u03b1, lo que indica te\u00f3ricamente que la reacci\u00f3n puede someterse a una conversi\u00f3n suficiente.<br \/>\nPara evitar que el producto de conversi\u00f3n CBD pierda peso debido a la degradaci\u00f3n a alta temperatura, la temperatura m\u00e1s alta para la reacci\u00f3n de descarboxilaci\u00f3n no debe superar los 156,24 \u2103 seg\u00fan lo determinado por el an\u00e1lisis termogravim\u00e9trico. A trav\u00e9s de la investigaci\u00f3n de la influencia del contenido de agua del c\u00e1\u00f1amo industrial y la temperatura ambiental en la conversi\u00f3n y descarboxilaci\u00f3n de CBDA a CBD, se encontr\u00f3 que con el aumento de la temperatura ambiental y el contenido de agua en las hojas industriales Fried Dough Twists, la tasa de conversi\u00f3n de la descarboxilaci\u00f3n de CB-DA a CBD en el c\u00e1\u00f1amo industrial aument\u00f3, lo que indica que bajo la premisa de garantizar que el CBD no se degrade y pierda peso, aumentar adecuadamente el contenido de agua y la temperatura en las hojas industriales Fried Dough Twists puede mejorar el proceso de descarboxilaci\u00f3n de CBD en el c\u00e1\u00f1amo industrial. Seg\u00fan los resultados experimentales y la comparaci\u00f3n con ocho modelos comunes de funci\u00f3n cin\u00e9tica de descomposici\u00f3n, se determin\u00f3 que el modelo m\u00e1s probable de descarboxilaci\u00f3n t\u00e9rmica del CBD en las hojas industriales de Fried Dough Twists era el modelo F1, y la energ\u00eda de activaci\u00f3n E de la conversi\u00f3n de descarboxilaci\u00f3n de las hojas industriales de Fried Dough Twists se calcul\u00f3 en 83,77kJ\/mol respectivamente mediante la ecuaci\u00f3n de Arrhrnius.
