Seg\u00fan la Farmacopea de la Rep\u00fablica Popular China, los efectos farmacol\u00f3gicos del jengibre incluyen principalmente aliviar el calor externo y disipar el fr\u00edo, calentar y detener las n\u00e1useas. Los aceites esenciales son mezclas naturales lipof\u00edlicas complejas de componentes vol\u00e1tiles que se encuentran en las plantas arom\u00e1ticas. Tiene efectos antibacterianos, antioxidantes y antiinflamatorios, puede reducir el colesterol, prevenir y tratar tumores, por lo que tiene un alto potencial de aplicaci\u00f3n en los campos de la medicina, la cosm\u00e9tica y la alimentaci\u00f3n, y se utiliza ampliamente en la conservaci\u00f3n de frutas y verduras y contra la oxidaci\u00f3n del aceite.<\/p>\n<p>Los m\u00e9todos de extracci\u00f3n del aceite esencial de jengibre incluyen principalmente la destilaci\u00f3n al vapor, la extracci\u00f3n con disolventes org\u00e1nicos, la extracci\u00f3n con CO2 supercr\u00edtico, la destilaci\u00f3n asistida por ultrasonidos, etc. El aceite esencial extra\u00eddo por diferentes m\u00e9todos tiene diferencias en el rendimiento y la composici\u00f3n qu\u00edmica. Este art\u00edculo utiliza la destilaci\u00f3n al vapor (SD), la destilaci\u00f3n al vapor asistida por ultrasonidos (UASD), la destilaci\u00f3n al vapor sin\u00e9rgica asistida por ultrasonidos y microondas (UMASD) y la destilaci\u00f3n al vapor sin\u00e9rgica enzim\u00e1tica asistida por ultrasonidos (UEASD) para extraer aceites esenciales. En combinaci\u00f3n con los resultados de la microscop\u00eda electr\u00f3nica de barrido, se exploraron los efectos del pretratamiento, el ultrasonido, el tratamiento sin\u00e9rgico de microondas por ultrasonido y el tratamiento sin\u00e9rgico enzim\u00e1tico por ultrasonido en el rendimiento de los aceites esenciales. Se seleccion\u00f3 el m\u00e9todo con mayor rendimiento de aceites esenciales para la optimizaci\u00f3n del proceso y se determin\u00f3 el proceso de extracci\u00f3n \u00f3ptimo. Los compuestos vol\u00e1tiles de Yuexi Xiaohuangjiang fueron analizados y determinados por GC-MS utilizando m\u00e9todos de microextracci\u00f3n en fase s\u00f3lida de espacio de cabeza (HS-SPME) y Yuexi Xiaohuangjiang, proporcionando una referencia para su procesamiento y utilizaci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como una comparaci\u00f3n horizontal entre las variedades de jengibre. Se utilizaron los m\u00e9todos SD, UASD, UMASD y UEASD para extraer el aceite esencial del jengibre, con rendimientos de aceite esencial de 2,18%, 2,54%, 2,47% y 3,28%, respectivamente. Mediante observaci\u00f3n por microscop\u00eda electr\u00f3nica de barrido, se analizaron y compararon los efectos de los distintos m\u00e9todos de extracci\u00f3n sobre la microestructura del jengibre. Se optimiz\u00f3 el m\u00e9todo UEASD con el mayor rendimiento de aceite esencial, y bajo el proceso \u00f3ptimo, el rendimiento de aceite esencial aument\u00f3 en 50,46%, 29,13%, y 32,79% en comparaci\u00f3n con los otros tres m\u00e9todos, respectivamente. Los m\u00e9todos de extracci\u00f3n HS-SPME y UEASD se utilizaron para el an\u00e1lisis GC-MS del jengibre. Los resultados mostraron que el m\u00e9todo de extracci\u00f3n UEASD produjo m\u00e1s componentes vol\u00e1tiles que el m\u00e9todo de extracci\u00f3n HS-SPME, y tambi\u00e9n hubo diferencias en el contenido del mismo componente.
