Estudios farmacol\u00f3gicos modernos han demostrado que el extracto del hongo endof\u00edtico Septoriella phragmitis de la orqu\u00eddea Huaze tiene actividades como antidepresivo, antiinflamatorio, regulador inmunitario y antioxidante. Zhang et al. aislaron 8 hongos end\u00f3fitos de Hua Zelan y realizaron experimentos antitumorales in vitro con el extracto de acetato de etilo de su caldo de fermentaci\u00f3n, pero carec\u00edan de investigaciones sobre los compuestos individuales. El equipo de investigaci\u00f3n aisl\u00f3 un hongo endof\u00edtico de las ra\u00edces de Huaze Lan y, tras la identificaci\u00f3n de la cepa, se determin\u00f3 que es diferente del hongo endof\u00edtico aislado por Zhang Jianfen et al. y que se trata de Septoriella phragmitis. En la actualidad no se dispone de informaci\u00f3n bibliogr\u00e1fica sobre sus metabolitos secundarios. Con el fin de profundizar en el estudio de la base material del hongo end\u00f3fito Septoriella phragmatis, este estudio aisl\u00f3 e identific\u00f3 sus componentes qu\u00edmicos, y prob\u00f3 sus actividades antidiab\u00e9ticas y antitumorales, proporcionando una referencia para encontrar un compuesto l\u00edder antidiab\u00e9tico altamente eficaz y poco t\u00f3xico, y para desarrollar y utilizar este recurso f\u00fangico medicinal.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-3539\" src=\"https:\/\/longchangextracts.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/640.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"700\" height=\"324\" srcset=\"https:\/\/longchangextracts.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/640.jpg 854w, https:\/\/longchangextracts.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/640-768x355.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" \/><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3540\" src=\"https:\/\/longchangextracts.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/640.webp\" alt=\"\" width=\"472\" height=\"364\" \/>En este estudio se explor\u00f3 la composici\u00f3n qu\u00edmica de la cepa y se obtuvieron 10 compuestos, entre ellos 5 alcaloides, 4 fenoles y 1 benzofurano, todos ellos aislados de la cepa por primera vez. Adem\u00e1s, se descubri\u00f3 por primera vez que los microorganismos pueden producir el principio activo de la planta Eupatorium adenophorum: la puerarina. Los resultados de las pruebas de actividad farmacol\u00f3gica mostraron que los compuestos 6 y 7 ten\u00edan una buena actividad inhibidora frente a la alfa glucosidasa, respectivamente; los compuestos 6, 7 y 9 muestran una buena actividad inhibidora de PTP1B, y su actividad es superior a la del f\u00e1rmaco positivo ortovanadato s\u00f3dico; los compuestos 5 y 6 muestran cierta actividad inhibidora frente a la l\u00ednea celular de c\u00e1ncer g\u00e1strico HGC-27 en comparaci\u00f3n con otros compuestos. Otros experimentos de acoplamiento molecular mostraron que los compuestos 6 y 7 pueden interactuar con residuos de amino\u00e1cidos de prote\u00ednas diana \u03b1 - glucosidasa o PTP1B a trav\u00e9s de diversas interacciones como enlaces de hidr\u00f3geno, hidrofobicidad, conjugaci\u00f3n, etc. En la actualidad, ninguna literatura ha informado de los metabolitos secundarios del hongo Septoriella phragmatis. En este estudio se han descrito por primera vez los metabolitos secundarios de esta cepa, y algunos de los compuestos hallados tienen actividad inhibidora de doble diana contra la diabetes.
