Die meisten dieser Pigmente haben den Nachteil, dass sie eine schlechte Farbstabilit\u00e4t aufweisen, leicht verblassen und die Produktionsanforderungen nur schwer zu erf\u00fcllen sind. Tests haben gezeigt, dass Farbschutzmittel eine gewisse Schutzwirkung auf die Stabilit\u00e4t von Pigmenten haben.<br \/>\nIn diesem Papier werden die praktischen Erfahrungen mehrerer Wissenschaftler herangezogen, um die Rolle g\u00e4ngiger Farbschutzadditive f\u00fcr den Farbschutz dieser Pigmente zu untersuchen und so die Stabilit\u00e4t dieser Pigmente zu verbessern.<br \/>\nNatriumtripolyphosphat, Natriumpyrophosphat, Natriumhexametaphosphat, Natriumcitrat, Phytins\u00e4ure, Natriumisoascorbat, Calciumlactat und andere Farbschutzmittel haben offensichtliche Farbschutzeffekte auf die am h\u00e4ufigsten verwendeten Pigmente, wie Karmin, Amarantrot, Verf\u00fchrungsrot, Zitronengelb, Sonnenuntergangsgelb, Hellblau, \u03b2-Carotin und andere Pigmente.<br \/>\nCalciumlactat hat eine unbedeutende Farbschutzwirkung; Natriumisoascorbat hat eine negative Wirkung auf alle Pigmente au\u00dfer \u03b2-Carotin; EDTA-2Na hat eine negative Wirkung auf Sonnengelb [1].<br \/>\nEDTA-2Na hat jedoch im Vergleich zu anderen Farbschutzmitteln die st\u00e4rkste Farbschutzwirkung auf das violette Pigment der S\u00fc\u00dfkartoffel, und die synergistische Wirkung von EDTA-2Na und Fe3+ in einem Massenkonzentrationsverh\u00e4ltnis von 0,5:1 kann die Farbentwicklung und -stabilit\u00e4t erh\u00f6hen [2].<br \/>\nDar\u00fcber hinaus ist der F-Typ Farbschutz- und Konservierungsmittel f\u00fcr rote Johannisbeere rot, rote R\u00fcbe, \u03b2-Carotin, Gardenie gelb und andere vier Arten von nat\u00fcrlichen Pigmenten Farbschutz Wirkung besser, und seine optimale Zusatzstoffmenge ist 0,08% [3].<br \/>\nF\u00fcr eine einzelne Farbe Schutzmittel auf Pigment Lichtstabilit\u00e4t, VC auf rot und Cochenille rot Farbe Schutzwirkung ist die st\u00e4rkste, iso VC Natrium auf Cochenille orange Farbe Schutzwirkung ist die st\u00e4rkste.<br \/>\nWas die thermische Stabilit\u00e4t von Pigmenten durch einen einzelnen Farbstoff betrifft, so hat \u03b2-Carotin die st\u00e4rkste Farbschutzwirkung auf Karminrot und Karminorange, und VC hat die st\u00e4rkste Farbschutzwirkung auf Cochenillerot [4].
