Sie haben aufgrund ihrer antidepressiven, entz\u00fcndungshemmenden, antiallergischen, antidiabetischen, alterungshemmenden, krebshemmenden und anderen medizinischen Funktionen viel Aufmerksamkeit auf sich gezogen. Die Struktur der Flavonoide ist eng mit ihren biologischen Funktionen verbunden. O-methylierte Flavonoide sind Flavonoide, die das OCH3-Gen enthalten. Sie spielen eine wichtige Rolle bei der Stickstofffixierung durch Wurzelkn\u00f6llchen, der Anlockung von Insektenbest\u00e4ubung und anderen Wachstums- und Entwicklungsprozessen sowie bei Stressresistenzreaktionen wie Insektenresistenz, Krankheitsresistenz und Unkrautresistenz. Die Forschung hat best\u00e4tigt, dass O-methylierte Flavonoide st\u00e4rkere antioxidative, entz\u00fcndungshemmende und krebsbek\u00e4mpfende Funktionen sowie eine h\u00f6here Bioverf\u00fcgbarkeit und einen h\u00f6heren medizinischen Wert haben. Die Flavonoid-O-Methyltransferase (FOMT) geh\u00f6rt zur Unterfamilie der O-Methyltransferasen (OMT) und katalysiert die Synthese von O-methylierten Flavonoiden aus Flavonoiden. FOMT ist in Pflanzen weit verbreitet. Dieser Artikel gibt einen \u00dcberblick \u00fcber die Struktur und Funktion von O-methylierten Flavonoiden sowie \u00fcber den Einfluss von OCH3-Gruppen auf ihre Funktion. Das Papier fasst den aktuellen Forschungsstand der FOMT zusammen und f\u00fchrt eine bioinformatische Analyse durch, um Hinweise f\u00fcr die weitere Forschung und Anwendungsentwicklung von O-methylierten Flavonoiden und FOMT zu geben.<\/p>\n<p>Seit langem wird dem medizinischen Wert und der biosynthetischen Regulierung pflanzlicher Flavonoide gro\u00dfe Aufmerksamkeit geschenkt, aber die geringe Bioverf\u00fcgbarkeit von Flavonoiden schr\u00e4nkt ihre medizinische Entwicklung ein. Methylierungsmodifikationen k\u00f6nnen die metabolische Stabilit\u00e4t und die In-vivo-Transportkapazit\u00e4t von Flavonoiden verbessern, ihre Bioverf\u00fcgbarkeit erh\u00f6hen und ihre Unzul\u00e4nglichkeiten bei klinischen Anwendungen ausgleichen. In den letzten Jahren ist die Erforschung von O-methylierten Flavonoiden und FOMT in Pflanzen zu einem hei\u00dfen Thema geworden. Mit der Vertiefung der Pflanzengenomforschung wurde eine gro\u00dfe Anzahl von FOMT-Genen in Pflanzen entdeckt, aber es gibt immer noch nur wenige FOMT-Gene, die vollst\u00e4ndig funktionell validiert wurden. Derzeit werden bei der Erforschung von FOMT haupts\u00e4chlich In-vitro-Enzymkatalysen, biochemische Analysen von Merkmalen und andere Methoden angewandt, und nur wenige FOMT-Gene wurden in vivo funktionell validiert. Noch weniger erforscht ist die Regulierung der FOMT-Genexpression.
