Es gibt 10 Arten der Gattung Hydrangea, und die derzeitige Forschung zu Polysacchariden aus Hydrangea konzentriert sich haupts\u00e4chlich auf zwei Arten, n\u00e4mlich Sparassis crispa und Sparassis latifolia. Der Polysaccharidgehalt von Streptococcus ist reichlich vorhanden und stellt seine wichtigste bioaktive Substanz dar. Studien haben gezeigt, dass die Polysaccharide von Streptococcus Antitumoreffekte, Funktionen zur Regulierung des Darmimmunsystems und antioxidative Wirkungen haben. Berichten zufolge ist die Struktur der Polysaccharide die Grundlage f\u00fcr ihre biologische Aktivit\u00e4t. Das Hauptpolysaccharid von Crispa ist verzweigtes \u03b2 - (1 \u2192 3) - D-Glucan, aber sein Molekulargewicht (200kDa) ist relativ gro\u00df und schwer in Wasser l\u00f6slich. S. Wildwachsende Streptococcus-Ressourcen sind rar, und die Erforschung weiterer kleiner Arten kann dazu beitragen, ihr Potenzial f\u00fcr eine bessere Entwicklung und Anwendung zu erschlie\u00dfen.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Das Modell des Extraktionsprozesses f\u00fcr den Gesamtzucker von Streptococcus mutans in den subalpinen Bergen wurde als Y=14,84+2,29X1+0,14X2-0,59X3-2,54X1X2-0,10X1X3+0,80X2X3-1,52X12+0,01X22-1,08X32 ermittelt. Es wurden optimale Extraktionsbedingungen ermittelt (Verh\u00e4ltnis Fl\u00fcssigkeit zu Material=80mL\/g, Extraktionszeit=60min, Extraktionstemperatur=70 \u2103), und die Extraktionsrate betrug unter diesen Bedingungen (18,21 \u00b1 0,68)%. Ein wasserl\u00f6sliches Polysaccharid SSP wurde aus Streptococcus subalpina isoliert und gereinigt, mit einer Ausbeute von 10,50%. Die SSP-Komponenten sind homogen und enthalten charakteristische funktionelle Gruppen von Kohlenhydratstoffen mit einem Zuckergehalt von 99,30%. Es enth\u00e4lt keine Proteine oder Nukleins\u00e4uren und unterliegt einem Substanzabbau innerhalb des Temperaturbereichs von 258-408 \u2103. Das gewichtsmittlere Molekulargewicht betr\u00e4gt 50 kDa und setzt sich aus Glukose, Mannose, Galaktose und Arabinose mit einem Molmassenverh\u00e4ltnis von 6,5:1,3:1:1 f\u00fcr jedes Monosaccharid zusammen. SSP ist ein Polysaccharid ohne Verzweigungsstruktur, und seine chemischen Wiederholungseinheiten sind \u2192 3) - \u03b1 - D-Galp - (1 \u2192 2) - \u03b2 - D-Glup - (1 \u2192 3) - \u03b2 - L-Araf - (1 \u2192 3) - \u03b1 - D-Man p - (1 \u2192). Seine r\u00e4umliche Struktur ist durch eine Netzwerkstruktur aus miteinander verwobenen Polysaccharidketten gekennzeichnet.
