Es gibt verschiedene Kultursorten wie Sellerie und Trockensellerie, wobei der Trockensellerie am h\u00e4ufigsten f\u00fcr medizinische Zwecke verwendet wird. Gegenw\u00e4rtig konzentriert sich die Forschung \u00fcber die chemische Zusammensetzung von Sellerie im In- und Ausland haupts\u00e4chlich auf die St\u00e4ngel und Bl\u00e4tter der oberirdischen Teile, aus denen verschiedene Wirkstoffe wie Flavonoide, Terpene und Cumarine isoliert und identifiziert wurden. Die unterirdischen Teile der Pflanze, insbesondere die Wurzeln, sind jedoch kaum erforscht. Es gibt zwar viele Volksheilmittel zur Behandlung von Krankheiten mit getrockneten Sellerie- und Gem\u00fcsewurzeln, aber es fehlt ihnen an einer wissenschaftlichen theoretischen Grundlage. Das Forschungsteam hofft, die pharmakologische Substanzbasis von Sellerie- und Blumenkohlwurzeln durch eine eingehende systematische Untersuchung ihrer chemischen Bestandteile aufzudecken. In fr\u00fcheren Studien wurden drei Verbindungen aus den Selleriewurzeln isoliert und identifiziert. In dieser Studie wurden die chemischen Komponenten der Ethylacetatfraktion weiter isoliert und gereinigt, und die zytotoxische Aktivit\u00e4t der isolierten Monomere wurde getestet, wodurch eine wissenschaftliche Grundlage f\u00fcr die Entwicklung und Nutzung von Selleriewurzeln geschaffen wurde.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In diesem Artikel werden 9 Verbindungen, darunter Glykoside, Cumarine, Flavonoide, Phthalate und andere Verbindungen, aus dem Ethylacetat-Extrakt eines industriellen Alkoholextrakts aus Selleriewurzeln isoliert und identifiziert. Die Verbindungen 3, 4, 6, 7 und 9 wurden zum ersten Mal aus dieser Pflanzengattung isoliert. Die Verbindungen 1-9 wurden auf ihre zytotoxische Aktivit\u00e4t gegen drei Arten von Tumoren getestet, und die Ergebnisse zeigten, dass Verbindung 4 einen unterschiedlichen Grad an zytotoxischer Aktivit\u00e4t gegen alle drei Arten von Tumorzellen aufwies. Verbindung 4 zeigte eine starke zytotoxische Aktivit\u00e4t gegen die menschliche Lungenkrebs-Zelllinie A549, mit einem IC50-Wert von 6,68 \u03bc mol\/L.
