KC17012"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Studie \u00fcber Sekund\u00e4rmetaboliten und antibakterielle Aktivit\u00e4t von Streptomyces sp. KC17012<br \/>\nStreptomyces geh\u00f6rt zu den Gram-positiven Bakterien, Prokaryoten, Actinobacterales, der Familie Streptomyces und der Gattung Streptomyces. Streptomyces ist eine wichtige mikrobielle Ressource, die haupts\u00e4chlich in \u00d6kosystemen wie dem Boden, dem Meer und dem S\u00fc\u00dfwasser vorkommt. Sie werden in der Arzneimittelforschung, als Insektizide in der Landwirtschaft, als Herbizide und in anderen Bereichen eingesetzt. Streptomyceten haben die magische F\u00e4higkeit, eine gro\u00dfe Anzahl strukturell neuartiger und biologisch aktiver Sekund\u00e4rmetaboliten zu produzieren, von denen die meisten stickstoffhaltige Verbindungen sind. Statistiken zufolge machen die von Streptomyces produzierten Sekund\u00e4rmetaboliten etwa 2\/3 der gesamten bisher entdeckten mikrobiellen Wirkstoffe aus. Die in der Medizin verwendeten Antibiotika sind meist Metaboliten von Streptomyces, wie z. B. Aminoglykosid-Antibiotika, die in der medizinischen und landwirtschaftlichen Produktion eine entscheidende Rolle spielen. Mit der zunehmenden Reife der Forschung \u00fcber gew\u00f6hnliche Umweltmikroorganismen haben sich in den letzten Jahren spezielle Umweltmikroorganismen, z. B. in extremen Umgebungen wie Ozeanen, Vulkanschloten und Polarregionen, zu einem hei\u00dfen Forschungsthema entwickelt. Li et al. isolierten Verbindungen, die gegen Vibrio parahaemolyticus wirken, aus marinen Streptomyces HS-34. Ye et al. isolierten zwei St\u00e4mme von Streptomyces aus Mangrovenb\u00f6den in Guangxi und stellten fest, dass die Sekund\u00e4rmetaboliten beider St\u00e4mme eine gute hemmende Wirkung auf Staphylococcus aureus haben; Zhou et al. entdeckten zyklische Dipeptide mit tumorzytotoxischer Aktivit\u00e4t aus den Sekund\u00e4rmetaboliten des polaren Pilzes Geomycespannorum SA3-2-YM. Streptomyces KC17012 wurde von unserer Forschungsgruppe aus dem Boden der Kupfermine von Dongchuan isoliert. Anhand der Morphologie und der Merkmale des Stammes in Verbindung mit einer systematischen evolution\u00e4ren Analyse des 16SrRNA-Gens wurde festgestellt, dass es sich um einen neuen Stamm handelt (GenBank-Nummer: MW526995). Daher setzt unsere Forschungsgruppe die Untersuchung von Streptomyces spp KC 17012 fort, mit dem Ziel, seine Sekund\u00e4rmetaboliten aufzukl\u00e4ren und die Grundlage f\u00fcr seine weitere Entwicklung zu schaffen.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Streptomyces haben magische kreative Funktionen, und ihre Sekund\u00e4rmetaboliten haben oft bedeutende physiologische Aktivit\u00e4ten. In diesem Artikel wurde die Fermentationsbr\u00fche von Streptomyces KC17012 aus der Dongchuan-Kupfermine isoliert und 18 Komponenten gewonnen, darunter haupts\u00e4chlich Dipeptide, Indolalkaloid-Derivate, Abscisins\u00e4ure-Analoga usw. Die Verbindungen 1 und 10 wurden auf ihre antibakterielle In-vitro-Aktivit\u00e4t getestet, mit MIC-Werten von 11 bzw. 33 \u03bc mol\/L. Die \u00fcbrigen Verbindungen zeigten keine Aktivit\u00e4t. Bei den Verbindungen 1-4 handelt es sich um Dipeptidkomponenten mit hohem Gehalt, w\u00e4hrend Verbindung 3 aus Prolin vom D-Typ und Tyrosin vom L-Typ besteht, die in der Natur als Peptidstoffe mit Aminos\u00e4uren vom D-Typ selten sind. Die Verbindungen 11-14 sind Bestandteile von Analoga der Abscisins\u00e4ure (ABA). ABA ist ein wichtiges Pflanzenhormon, das eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Regulierung des Pflanzenwachstums und der Resistenz gegen\u00fcber extremen \u00e4u\u00dferen Bedingungen spielt. Die Produktionskosten f\u00fcr ABA sind jedoch hoch und lassen sich nur schwer in gro\u00dfem Ma\u00dfstab industriell herstellen, so dass die Nutzung des mikrobiellen Stoffwechsels zur Herstellung von ABA ein breites Anwendungsgebiet hat. In diesem Artikel wird die antibakterielle Aktivit\u00e4t von Sekund\u00e4rmetaboliten und Monomerkomponenten in der Fermentationsbr\u00fche von Streptomyces KC17012 untersucht, was eine wissenschaftliche Referenz f\u00fcr die weitere Erforschung anderer antibakterieller Aktivit\u00e4ten und Mechanismen dieser Verbindung darstellt.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Study on secondary metabolites and antibacterial activity of Streptomyces sp.
