{"id":8073,"date":"2024-08-11T18:52:26","date_gmt":"2024-08-11T18:52:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/longchangextracts.com\/?p=8073"},"modified":"2024-08-11T18:52:26","modified_gmt":"2024-08-11T18:52:26","slug":"xisha-islands","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/longchangextracts.com\/de\/xisha-inseln\/","title":{"rendered":"Studien zu den chemischen Bestandteilen von Euphorbia officinalis von den Xisha-Inseln"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Studien zu den chemischen Bestandteilen von Euphorbia officinalis von den Xisha-Inseln<br \/>\nDas Untersuchungsteam des \"Nanfeng-Sonderprojekts\" des Ministeriums f\u00fcr Landwirtschaft und l\u00e4ndliche Angelegenheiten stellte fest, dass Euphorbia Linn, ein mehrj\u00e4hriges Kraut, Euphorbia atoto eine charakteristische Pflanze auf den Inseln und Riffen der Xisha-Inseln und die vorherrschende Pflanze in der K\u00fcstenzone der Yongle-Inseln und Xuande-Inseln ist. Die Xisha-Inseln sind reich an Heilpflanzen, unter denen Euphorbia verh\u00e4ltnism\u00e4\u00dfig viele Heilpflanzen enth\u00e4lt, die als hitzeabbauende Kr\u00e4uter verwendet werden k\u00f6nnen. Die Einheimischen an der K\u00fcste von Hainan verwenden Euphorbia als hitzel\u00f6sendes und entgiftendes Mittel zur Behandlung von Krankheiten wie Ruhr und Durchfall. In den vorl\u00e4ufigen Experimenten wurde festgestellt, dass der Rohextrakt von Seaside Euphorbia eine gute entz\u00fcndungshemmende Wirkung hat und die Produktion von NO durch Mausmonozyten RAW264.7, die durch Lipopolysaccharid (LPS) induziert werden, in vitro hemmen kann (mit einer Hemmungsrate von 83,97% bei einer Konzentration von 200 \u03bc g\/mL). Um die wichtigsten Wirkstoffe von Seaside Euphorbia zu verstehen, untersuchte diese Studie die chemische Zusammensetzung, die entz\u00fcndungshemmende In-vitro-Aktivit\u00e4t und die zytotoxische Aktivit\u00e4t der oberirdischen Teile von Seaside Euphorbia.<\/p>\n<p>Auf der Grundlage fr\u00fcherer Untersuchungen untersuchten wir die chemische Zusammensetzung und pharmakologische Aktivit\u00e4t von Euphorbia hainanensis. Insgesamt 18 Verbindungen, darunter Sesquiterpene, Brass, Steroide, Triterpene, Peptide und andere Strukturtypen wurden aus der Ethylacetatfraktion des Ethanolextrakts isoliert, und ein entz\u00fcndungshemmender Wirkstoff 6 \u03b2-Hydroxycinnamolacton wurde entdeckt (2). Die 18 in dieser Studie gewonnenen Verbindungen wurden alle zum ersten Mal aus Euphorbia benthamiana isoliert. Mit Ausnahme der Verbindungen 10, 13, 14 und 17 wurden auch die anderen Verbindungen zum ersten Mal aus der Gattung Euphorbia isoliert. Verbindung 1 ist ein neues Naturprodukt, und die relevanten kernmagnetischen Resonanzdaten dieser Verbindung wurden in diesem Artikel erg\u00e4nzt.
