B-152, einem endophytischen Pilz des Schwertbl\u00e4ttrigen Drachenblutbaums<br \/>\nEndophyten bezeichnen eine Gruppe von Mikroorganismen, die in gesundem Pflanzengewebe leben, aber keine Infektionen oder Krankheiten des Wirts verursachen. Sie sind in gesundem Pflanzengewebe weit verbreitet und enthalten nicht nur reichhaltige Gencluster f\u00fcr die Synthese von Sekund\u00e4rmetaboliten, sondern produzieren auch verschiedene Wirkstoffe. Sie k\u00f6nnen die Stressresistenz von Pflanzen verbessern, wie z. B. Salztoleranz, Trockentoleranz, K\u00e4ltetoleranz und Insektenresistenz. Aufgrund der vielf\u00e4ltigen biologischen Aktivit\u00e4ten der endophytischen Pilze gilt Colletotrichum als potenzieller Arzneimittelkandidat. Die Gattung Colletotrichum enth\u00e4lt viele pflanzeneigene endophytische Pilze, und aufgrund ihres reichhaltigen biosynthetischen Genclusters ist Colletotrichum zu einer wichtigen Quelle f\u00fcr verschiedene Metaboliten geworden, wie z. B. zyklische Phosphopeptide, Anthrachinon, Isophthals\u00e4urelactone und Pyranon. Den verschiedenen Extrakten und Sekund\u00e4rmetaboliten von Colletotrichum wird eine antibakterielle Wirkung zugeschrieben.<br \/>\nDas Forschungsteam stellte in der Anfangsphase fest, dass der endophytische Pilz Colletotrichum sp. B-152, der aus dem Blattgewebe von Dracaena Vand. ex L. und Dracaena cochinchinensis (Lour.) S. C. Chen aus der Familie der Liliengew\u00e4chse isoliert wurde, ein breites Spektrum an antibakterieller Aktivit\u00e4t aufweist. Daher wurden die sekund\u00e4ren Metaboliten isoliert und gereinigt, und 18 pathogene Indikatorbakterien wurden als Ziele f\u00fcr antibakterielle Aktivit\u00e4tstests der erhaltenen monomeren Verbindungen ausgew\u00e4hlt, um Verbindungen mit potenzieller antibakterieller Aktivit\u00e4t zu entdecken. Dies bietet nicht nur eine Referenz f\u00fcr die Entdeckung neuer nat\u00fcrlicher Wirkstoffe, sondern ist auch von gro\u00dfer Bedeutung f\u00fcr die Bereicherung der Sekund\u00e4rmetaboliten und der funktionellen Vielfalt der Gattung Colletotrichum.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Wir isolierten insgesamt 9 Verbindungen aus den Sekund\u00e4rmetaboliten des endophytischen Pilzes Colletotrichum sp. B-152, der aus dem schwertbl\u00e4ttrigen Drachenblutbaum isoliert und konserviert wurde. Die Verbindungen 2-4, 6, 7 und 9 wurden zum ersten Mal aus einem Pilz der Gattung Colletotrichum isoliert. 2-Hydroxy-4-methyl-1-phenyl-3-pentanon (1) wurde erstmals als Naturprodukt beschrieben. Aus den Ergebnissen der antibakteriellen Aktivit\u00e4t geht hervor, dass die Verbindungen 5, 7 und 8 die gleiche Struktur wie die Verbindungen der gleichen Serie haben, aber unterschiedliche Aktivit\u00e4ten aufweisen, und ihre Struktur-Aktivit\u00e4ts-Beziehung muss weiter erforscht und \u00fcberpr\u00fcft werden; Verbindung 2 hat eine st\u00e4rkere antibakterielle Aktivit\u00e4t gegen Acinetobacter baumannii ATCC 19606 als Verbindung 1, was mit den unterschiedlichen Substituenten an Position 3 in den Strukturen der beiden Verbindungen zusammenh\u00e4ngen k\u00f6nnte. Dar\u00fcber hinaus haben fr\u00fchere Studien gezeigt, dass Adenosin (4) eine In-vitro-Aktivit\u00e4t gegen das Influenza-Virus (H1N1) aufweist; (22E, 24R) - Ergosta-7,22-dien-3 \u03b2, 5 \u03b1, 6 \u03b2 - Triol (5) zeigt eine starke hemmende Aktivit\u00e4t gegen SGC-7901-Magenkrebszellen; Die hemmende Aktivit\u00e4t von (4E, 8E) - N-D-2 '- Hydroxypalmitoyl-1-O - \u03b2 - D-glycocopyr-anosyl-9-methyl-4,8-sphingadienine (6) gegen Herpes-simplex-Virus (HSV-1) ist 20-mal so hoch wie die des positiven Medikaments Ribavirin, und die hemmende Aktivit\u00e4t gegen Enterovirus 71 (EV71) ist 5-mal so hoch wie die des positiven Medikaments Ribavirin; Tuberosider (7) hat eine starke hemmende Wirkung auf die Proliferation der menschlichen Brustkrebszelle MCF-7 und der Hundenierenzelle MDCK; (22E, 24R) -5 \u03b1, 8 \u03b1 - Epidioxygeergosta-6,22-dien-3 \u03b2 - ol (8) hat eine gewisse hemmende Wirkung auf die Adenokarzinom-Zelllinie der Mauslunge A-549. Diese Studien deuten darauf hin, dass die aus dem Colletotrichum-Pilz isolierten Verbindungen gute antibakterielle, antivirale und Anti-Tumor-Aktivit\u00e4ten haben, was neue Beweise f\u00fcr die Entdeckung neuer antibakterieller Medikamente und aktiver Naturprodukte liefert.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Study on Secondary Metabolites of Colletotrichum sp.
