Es handelt sich um ein mehrj\u00e4hriges, kriechendes und wurzelndes Kraut, das in Provinzen wie Guangdong, Guangxi und Yunnan weit verbreitet ist. Sie wird in China schon seit langem als Heil- und Speisepflanze verwendet. Falscher Konjak hat einen scharfen Geschmack und eine warme Natur. Er vertreibt Wind und K\u00e4lte, f\u00f6rdert das Qi und lindert Schmerzen. Als Wurzelmedizin kann er zur Behandlung von Krankheiten wie Wunden, Schwellungen und Toxinen, Rheuma, Knochenschmerzen, traumatischen Verletzungen und windbedingtem Erk\u00e4ltungshusten eingesetzt werden. Seine zarten St\u00e4ngel und Bl\u00e4tter werden in einigen Gebieten S\u00fcdchinas als Gem\u00fcse verzehrt. Forschungen haben gezeigt, dass falscher Konjak verschiedene chemische Komponenten wie Alkaloide, Flavonoide und Phenole enth\u00e4lt. Zu den berichteten biologischen Aktivit\u00e4ten geh\u00f6ren entz\u00fcndungshemmende, antibakterielle, antidepressive, antioxidative und neuroprotektive Wirkungen.<br \/>\nDie Suche nach antibakteriellen Verbindungen oder Komponenten aus Naturprodukten ist eine wichtige Quelle und ein wichtiger Weg f\u00fcr die Entdeckung und Anwendung antimikrobieller Arzneimittel. Yuan et al. testeten mit der Wachstumsratenmethode die hemmende Wirkung von 2 mg\/ml Methanolextrakt aus Konjakbl\u00e4ttern gegen 9 pflanzenpathogene Pilze, einschlie\u00dflich Bananenanthraknose. Die Ergebnisse zeigten, dass der Methanolextrakt aus falschen Konjakbl\u00e4ttern bei dieser Konzentration eine gute antibakterielle Wirkung hatte, mit Hemmungsraten von \u00fcber 50%. Zaidan et al. fanden heraus, dass der Methanolextrakt aus falschem Konjak das Wachstum von pathogenen Bakterien wie Staphylococcus aureus und Klebsiella pneumoniae wirksam hemmen kann. Liu isolierte und identifizierte vier Alkaloide mit unterschiedlicher Hemmwirkung gegen Cryptococcus neoformans aus dem Methanolextrakt 70% der gesamten Pflanze des falschen Konjaks.<br \/>\nZusammenfassend l\u00e4sst sich sagen, dass es bekanntlich antibakteriell wirksame strukturelle Komponenten in falschem Konjak gibt, und fr\u00fchere Studien haben best\u00e4tigt, dass die in falschem Konjak enthaltenen Alkaloidverbindungen ein gro\u00dfes Potenzial f\u00fcr eine antibakterielle Aktivit\u00e4t haben.
